Angie was amazing in helping me select the correct headlights and is very personable. She helped me to set up an account and quoted me on a couple more items as we chatted. The customer service is always great at this location, however, Angie helped to make tonight a wonderful visit.

I can’t say enough about how awesome I was treated tonight at advance auto parts. I came in late, not too long before closing, and was greeted by Jeff and Chris, who were more than willing to help me with a battery test. This wasn’t just your standard battery test either, but more like something I would pay for at a dealership or auto repair shop. They answered all of my questions and got me set up and back on the road. These guys were fantastic and I really appreciate it!

I went to this store Friday get oil and a filter over lunch and realized I left my wallet at work. I scraped money from my ashtray and went in thinking I wouldn't have enough, and wouldn't get the oil change done over the weekend. Jeff and Dan were phenomenal! Dan helped me pick out some windshield wipers and gave me lots of opinions about brands, which helped me narrow down what I picked, and was just friendly and charming! After I purchased the set of wipers, one of them didn’t have the correct part in it, so I ended up coming back, where Dan stepped in and just replaced the entire unit for me. Great staff, super friendly, and they weren’t AT ALL trying to really upsell me, make me feel uncomfortable, etc., which is HUGE for me as a woman. I’ll definitely be giving my money to this auto parts store for the foreseeable future, and highly recommend them, especially for all the ladies out there afraid to go into an auto parts store!!
