I had such a wonderful experience working with Ken on four pieces for my home. It was such a fun and creative process to pick the frames and matting, and Ken made it easy and enjoyable. One of my pieces was quite sentimental and I trusted that Ken would take great care of it - and he did. All four pieces, now on the walls of my home, look fantastic and I will go back with additional art in future!

My daughter bought a nice piece of art at a thrift store, but didn't want to spend alot of money to re-frame it. Ken was MOST sensitive to her needs. He suggested she use the current frame and freshen up with new matting and glass if needed (which he truthfully reported it did not need the glass after he got it all apart.) It was very reasonable, it came out beautifully, and she loves it. We appreciate his being sensitive to her budget and we also appreciate his artistic expertise and time in helping us choose the perfect matting. We like to patronize a local merchant, and especially one who is so honest, talented, and reasonably priced. The location is so charming too!

Ken the owner was friendly. When I wanted a frame he showed me his suggestion but his hand covered up the etchings on the frame. When i received the frame, got it home and unwrapped the plastic; I noticed the Etchings and called him, he was reluctant but he did agree for me to pick out a different frame. He did not give me any credit for the difference in frames or my time to drive 60 mins 2 ways to his shop. Even when I asked. The 2nd pix was almost covered by the matting and I had to take it back too. But again no financial credit.
