I was pretty nervous heading in, never been to a place like this before, after i was ID'd the employee that helped me, i think their name was Bex (sorry if i got that wrong) showed me around and helped me find items that would work, made great recommendations and was overall a big help and a definite improvement to the experience of being in the store. Was a surprisingly great experience for going to a place like this for the first time.

The customer service was outstanding! I greeted at the door by a gorgeous lady with a beautiful smile, I think her name was CJ, she explained her promotions then offered her assistance with any questions. Soon after another beautiful employee, I believe her name was Emily, approached me with a great tip about a product that was good to know. Both ladies had extensive knowledge about their products and knew when I needed assistance without being overbearing. Excellent, sexy service. Thank you both!

So I was shopping online for some supplies for my wife and my speciall night we had planned. Shipping was going to take forever and possibly not make it in time. I decided to stop into this store in hope I could still fulfill my shopping cart. Emily took it upon herself to ask plenty of questions and make me feel so comfortable with finding all the items on my list! She went far above and beyond and even offered recommendations to other products that complimented the things I was already purchasing! I rarely get this type of customer service, so I had to make sure to give her a great review. I am looking forward to the next time we are in need of things and I get to bring the wife along, too. I know she is going to love Emily and her amazing service!

Emily was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions and got us exactly what we needed. She even happened to have a power cord we had been missing and threw it in with our purchase without question. I we will definitely return and would recommend this store to everyone 😊
