High prices 100%. Also weird selection of tools. I know it’s a locally owned ace hardware. But the tool selection needs to be beefed up. And maybe you jack the prices because you are the only store in town with certain items. But I am willing to drive to Wiggins or sterling to get better prices. Also the ladies behind the counter the day I went in were more interested in talking to themselves rather than ringing me up. And get more sporting goods. This is an ace hardware after all. Small selection of random hunting and fishing goods.

Such a terrible experience with Ace in general and then come in store and get the worst service to resolve it. Ordered a product online that was practically impossible to actually order... website kept glitching/not completing. Finally had to order as a "guest" and drive an hour away to pick up. Product wasn't working out for my task so go to return and I explicitly go check thinking "great, gotta drive an hour" yet everything says "take it to any store". This store can't find the order, won't help me, says "well if you had a receipt...." I do! Holding one right off of Ace's system and they look at it like they never seen the internet. This was one of those moments to save a customer already ran through hoops and chose to just set it in stone that I'll never do business again with any Ace

I would give this Ace a possibility of being top 10 worst in the country. Looks like a rummage sale inside. Can never find anything. The help is terrible and lazy and doesn't actually want to help you nor can they find anything because it's so discombobulated. ridiculous!!

Edit: New people were hired and are nice and helpful. Store has been cleaned up. Still has low inventory.

Store seems clean and organized. However floor staff not customer oriented or even available. I stood in this aisle trying to figure out where to find what I needed for what felt like an eternity and not once did anyone walk past to see if there was anything they could help with. It's also not common knowledge that you have to bag and tag your hardware if it's not something you shop for regularly. When I went to the checkout, the guy just laughed and sent me back to get prices for what I needed. Now I have to go return what I bought because it wasn't even the right fit. Not a good experience at all.

Went to buy boxes and since there were none the staff was incredibly friendly and gave me boxes they were going to compact. Thank you Fort Morgan Ace, particularly Javier!

More things in it like Home Depot has . Better training for products asked some employees for recommendations and they were all like I don’t know 🤷‍♀️! Like seriously 😒 get your employees trained in some products and have a better selection when we have to go to Denver or sterling to find something and more knowledgeable staff and better selection and service that is a HUGE red flag! Also prices are extremely high! You guys REALLY need to step it up in layout of the store in customer service and knowledgeable staff and REALLY step it up in prices better deals and service! When asking a extreme question basic question and the staff looks at you like they have no idea what a simple door lock with a code for a front door is and look at you like a deer in the headlights and that’s something that definitely needs to be worked on. I asked so what’s the best one compared to this one I held up two products and the staff didn’t even know what to say like ok you sell these both items isn’t there anyone in the store that knows the best one to use ? Seems very disappointing go to Home Depot they give recommendations and better service!

A big thank you from a single mom here in Fort Morgan, With their help they had some insulation that they were not using and it was to no cost to help insulate a basement for my children, Christopher and Henry were so awesome I will remember this day for all their help. thank you so much!
