Mostly everyone at this store is super helpful. Some of the younger staff haven't figured out customer service just yet but almost all the seasoned staff here are phenomenal! Continue to buy a lot of my power equipment here due to the staff alone! Keep up the good work and encourage the younger staff to be a little more helpful.

Crappy return policy!! Returned a gift that was purchased with a a coupon, cashier was unable to honor the discount on my exchange since it was purchased before the holidays. Had to pay the difference! Every time I visit this store there’s some kind of BS!

Both items I purchased yesterday rang up kore than the price marked on the shelf. Super disappointed, dishonest scammer behavior from a once trusted hardware store. Gorilla tape marked 17.99 on the shelf rang out at 19.99. Eyelets hooks on the shelf marked 2.99 rang out at 3.99. You shouldn’t have to take pictures of every item you grab to make sure you’re not getting screwed at the register. Guy at the register made the changes to refund the difference.

Absolutely incompetent people work here. Fire pits are not in the “back right” corner of the store. They’re outside. In garden center. Thank you for being incapable of the ONE job you were supposedly hired to perform.

Bad service and overpriced compared to the Homedepot. Just a couple of people that can help you when you have a question but unfortunately you can’t find them. Rest of the sales people are disinterested and not knowledgeable. It’s impossible to get help at this store.

Relationships in your community matter. Our ACE team went so far and above helping us out when our beloved Pizza oven was damaged from a freak tornado. I already loved shopping there for the service and knowledge. As a loyal customer they went above and beyond in taking care of me. I will always shop there first for anything home related!!

I usually order online for pickup so I cannot comment on an in store experience, but I love Ace & the quality of their products, esp the outdoor plants & flowers. Picked up a pair of Adirondack chairs for my most recent staging project-many colors to choose from!
