All of the store associates were so friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately by an associate, directed to where I needed to go, and the associate paged so that someone would be there to help me. The associate that helped me was amazing, and I wish I knew his name for the survey to give him credit, but he was so friendly, and I was impressed by how fast they can make a key copy and how reasonable the prices are!

When I went to check out, one register was busy, but an associate saw that and came over to help me at another register, so i didnt even have to wait in line! Having worked in retail, and knowing how difficult it can be, the customer service at this location was fantastic. This was my first time in Ace Hardware, but I would definitely go back if I needed anything that they could help me with in the future!

I have touch-up paint work to do in the interior of our house. The builder did not have a color palette to reference. A same was presented to Andi and she made references to existing colors but also provided a custom color mix. Andi provided several samples plus a finish guide. I only need a gallon but that did not influence the time spent to make sure I understood the options. Another great customer service experience at Ace Hardware on Harmony.

I could spend all day in here; it's fun to browse! I always hit ACE before the big-box stores and I almost always don't ever have to go to those big-box stores. Great staff, very helpful.

Love Ace. This place has the nut, bolt, washer, screw, fastener, furniture hardware that the table you ordered from across the planet that they forgot to put in the box. You get the point. My wife shops for clothes next door so I spend a fair amount of time in this location and I'm telling you what these people here are the real deal. They will take the time to get you what you are looking for even when you don't exactly know what you are looking for. I needed a bolt for my van. The big orange hardware store sold me a zinc bolt that broke the next day. I told the guy about it and he gave me a quick lesson about grades of bolts. So I thought he was going to tell me he was sorry they couldn't help. But no way. These guys gad it in stock! I can't say enough good things about this store. Great job ace employees.

I appreciated the successful key cut on the first try and the many options for fun designs. While I couldn’t partake myself to put my dollar where my mouth is, I thought the Ladies’ Night with 25% off on a Wednesday a bit ago was a fresh, fun idea, and I hope some great ladies got some great deals!

Amazing! I go there frequently for my hobby of furniture repair. Friendly employees. Also nice to only have to drive a mile when I need to copy some keys. And don't even get me started on the sheer amount of nuts bolts and screws. Love the complementary popcorn. Even my cat loves Ace, she always sleeps on my Ace vest. Can I bring her in next time 10 out of 10, would shop again!
