I had A-to-Z car stereo hardwire a dual front and rear dash cam. I have a rack on the back of my Jeep, which blocks my vision out of the rearview mirror. I wanted to dash cam on top of the rack, which is not the typical placement. They did such an amazing job with the placement and hiding all the wires and showing me how the dash cam works. I would definitely recommend this company.

5+ stars, for super friendly and helpful staff. I called in asking about one small part I needed to buy and he told me he’d look and to head over because they were closing in 20 minutes. I arrived and he had the part ready for me and didn’t charge me anything. He was very generous and I appreciate him taking the time to look for it and give it to me for free right before closing. This is the type in interaction I would look for in a business to support for sure. Thank you again so much.

I never do reviews but these guys are the real deal. Bought stereo and needed done quickly so i can be hands free. they jumped on it and had it done the same day. very helpful. asked them to help with set up and moving mic and they said no problem and that is great service! for sure will use this location and also his brothers too! thank you!

I am beyond grateful for finding this business to help me. I was helped by this wonderful gentleman named Sam who went above and Beyond for me!
I have a 2013 ford edge And I needed a new back up camera installed sam said I could go in with no appointment then when I arrived we went outside to go check out my old camera and to my car wouldn’t start ! Sam jump started my car and offered to replace the battery at no extra charge (purchased From O’Reillys down the street). I also had LED headlights replaced .He also promised to have the car finished By 3 PM the next day, it was done by a little bit after 1pm. Not only is Sam man of his word, but he is a good human being. He seemed confident and Trustworthy. I highly recommend this business to anyone Thank you, and God bless You!

BEWARE. Dishonest and shady business. There are no returns on products and services, and they won't tell you. They may not deliver promised services!

I had my stereo changed by one of thier pioneer systems. I was told it would stick out a half an inch from the dash and I decided that was fine. Spent $1,500 on parts and service.

What I got was not what I wanted... the display stuck out from the dash at least an inch, the phone audio didnt work, a tacky microphone was added to the dashboard by cutting into the plastic and I couldn't find how to access the car's features.

I called back after a couple days and was told no refunds, regardless of the services promised were not delievered. Store credit was offered, but thier selection is very limited regarding other options. They told me they would call me back the next day. After three days, no call.

I called at that point and was told to drive to another shop and have the tech look at it. Once again, no refund was accepted or even entertained. The tech was able to find the cars special features and potientially fix the phone issue, but at time I lost faith and didn't want to waste anymore of my time with this company. In my opinion, a business like this should get it done right the first time.

Any business that doesn't guarantee thier product with a refund if dissatisfied can't be trusted! Not sure how there is such a good rating for this business. Probably rigged...

A 2 star, but really it’s a 1 star, because most readers think a one star is an angry or nutty customer.

Perhaps they are riding the coattails of there past 4.9 review level and have become too big for their britches?

Don't know what that means? Well It’s an old school, you know, with old money saying, look it up. ?

I pulled in this morning and the store was not open 10-15 minutes after 10am. I waited.

Then finally went and talked to the tint guy next store, I came back, 20 mins later, the door was open, I went inside, no one was there!?! I waited about another 7-10 minutes, then finally spoke up in case anyone was in the back behind the closed black interior locked gate/door.

No answer.

There was a white truck parked out front with three people talking. Prior to hoping into the car I lingered to see if they were associated with the business.

I guess they were not. Because they would have the courtesy to say, “Hi, be right with you or can I help you” those people said nothing.

I could have walked over and asked them if they were associated with the business right!?! However quality service dictates that would be their job.

Yet It also was a test to see what their ability to provide quality service, friendliness and normal human interaction and the likes, was. I mean seeings as a customer willing to trust them with my Convertable and my cash.

They failed, hence the review.

I had an amazing experience! As soon as I walked in a man that goes by the name of Ray had helped me out. He allowed me to ask all the questions I had and had all the answers. He was helpful and polite. He gave me a 1 year warranty. I definitely recommend!

Owner, brother, and installer are top notch. Dropped my lincoln mkz off to swap factory speakers and have subwoofer installed. They kept the car over night and had it ready the next day. Small issue from fake engine noise required to bring the car back but it was in and out within an hour. I'll be stopping by with my bmw for more work!
