NOT TRUCK FRIENDLY!!! Came here to pick a load, not truck friendly location they don’t have dock they won’t use pallet jack they will require driver assist on loads, very rude lady and rude forklift driver. Only one of the personnel was respectful and understanding why can’t driver do driver assist. Been called lazy by forklift driver men get a life. Been screamed on but not for long untill aye contact, he figured what would happen to him if he’d continue. This place is mess talk whit forklift driver he misinformed office office came out in rude way and escalated problem instead of hearing out. This place is bully stay away

The movers were kind, and were great at dividing and concurring my home.
It only took around 5 hours of work, which was nice! I became a little annoyed when I was asked which unmarked brown box went into which room, but I was hangry and tired. As I was unpacking my kitchen I found my bug catching light (it has a sticky pad on the back) in the same box as my cooking utensils and the box that had my bathroom belonging made me cry. Other than that, they moved my things from one home to another.

We just had Hank, Dylan and Jackie over here from A&A to help us pack our items to move. They were extremely professional and friendly. You will not find better people or movers in the area! Everything was packed securely and they packed our stuff extremely fast for how much stuff we had. I would definitely recommend them!

The crew and staff here are all professional and down to Earth. Nice location and around from to nice sports bars and they even offered a shower after I was loaded up. Hospitality is always a plus. Out of U221 but felt at home. Great doing business with you all...

We just had A & A move us for a military move. We were able to pack and move the same day & we also received our stuff on the requested delivery day. Everyone was so efficient and nothing was broken or damaged. Such a good experience!

Staff is good but company is mismanaged on an unbelievable scale. They scheduled my move over 4 days, but only sent one guy to pack for 3 days, then sent the one guy somewhere else on the 3rd day (no one comes to my house on the 3rd day, and no one calls). 4th day arrives and they want to add a 5th day! The manager was rude when confronted with the problem and tried to say I agreed to such a disaster. Unbelievable.
