A wonderful hotel, ideally situated in the centre of Winter Park Village. The hotel was warm, rooms very spacious, very clean with plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone here, both hot and cold. There is also a great hot tub out the back which I made use of. I’m so glad we chose this hotel due to its location. There is a free shuttle bus between Fraser and Winter Park ski Resort with a stop right outside the hotel. Other amenities are so close by eg fab shops, eating places and a laundromat. |I need also say that the staff were amazing. Housekeeping were helpful and very friendly. At the front desk Eric was absolutely brilliant. Always a smile and a chat. Jake was another friendly staff member, although I saw him less. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I booked for 2 nights and when I checked into the hotel I asked for 3 nights. New representative Chris in the front desk told me the price would be the same but was unavailable to do so at the moment, that he would be able to give me the same price of if I came later. I asked if he was sure and he assured me it would be the same price as night 1 and 2. I asked him to notate the account in case he wasn’t there when I came back. When I come back day 2 the gentleman in the front desk someone different told me he did not notate the account to what I was telling him and told me that the card reader was having issues and now I see why he didn’t want to extend my day at the moment. Gentleman after speaking to manager Misty told him they could give me a discount but it was still $90 more than what I was told I can get it for when I spoke with Chris. I don’t care the guy is new I shouldn’t have to pay for a mistake on one of the associates who made it. I shouldn’t be held liable for their incompetence and now leaving this guest unhappy.

We had a comfortable stay at this lodge. It was heavily snowing but they had a separate entry door to keep surface clean. The staff is friendly and helps with recommendations. Many breakfast options were available and 24/7 tea and coffee. The location and price made it worth our while.

This stay was everything you could hope for! Good vibes in a small mountain town in Colorado. A much needed reminder of life outside the city. Breathtaking views, quiet reflection( after work), and some solid rest! Friendly and helpful front desk made me feel welcome and assured me if I needed anything at all to let them know. Clean rooms, a nice TV, and competitive prices made this a place to revisit in my book.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. I accidentally left my phone at the front desk. Soon as we got in the room Jake knocked on our door with my phone. Before I even knew I lost it lol. Jake is the man!

Beds are very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Had a view of the mountains and the aspens.

Breakfast was really good considering what most hotels give you now. They had many choices.

There are several restaurants within a short walking distance.

Room had a fridge and microwave.

Was a decent one night stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and worked well. They serve breakfast in the mornings which was decent. Place has a hot tube also which is nice for late relaxing.

We have stayed at the Best Western in 2021 and now in 2024 and both times the staff has been very friendly and helpful. We also (which is just our opinion) think their breakfast is very good. The location is within walking distance to food and shopping.

A very clean and accommodating Best Western. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and had a good variety of food items. A personal thank you to the manager who is amazing and allowed us to sit comfortably in the lobby when our train was delayed. It is across the street from the bus stop and is centrally located for walkable restaurant options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, easy stay.
