We have been riding Fountain Transit since June 2023. The majority of the drivers are great. There is one evening driver who shows up to the college (starting point for us) very late, every time, and never apologizes. He's left us standing in the cold and often turns the heat off on us, in the evenings when it is much colder. He complains constantly about everything. My other major issue is communication. There is no real policy in place to communicate to riders when there is a schedule change or bus cancelation. The office has argued with us multiple times that schedule changes were announced, and if they did, we received no text, no phone call, and no email to tell us a route got canceled or delayed. The biggest need for Fountain Transit is to find a better method of communicating schedule changes to riders. 100% of the time, the emails I do receive go to spam for some reason. We love riding Fountain Transit. We just wish there was better communication.

Everything got worse since January 2022. Dispatchers should have to ride a RTD or Mountain Metro city bus to see how a REAL transit system should function. They change policies frequently with little to no notice or communication. Dispatch expects us to kiss the customer's @$# because that's good customer service in their eyes. Emily just wants to control everything and she plays favorites. Time points on route are too close together which leads to being in a hurry all the time. Route is extremely inefficient considering there's only one route that goes around the whole city which continues to grow. And it's too much stress for what it's worth. The transit system was better before 2012 when it was contracted through Frex or Mountain Metro.

Pleasant transit to and from Fountain and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Lyft does not have that Promotional 'First Ride Free' anymore. Traded in long walks on the beach for even longer walks to Fountain, Colorado, and from Pikes Peak Community College(PPCC) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Some people workout in Gyms, but others use the bus terminals...Red Bull may indeed give some people wings 🙂

Absolute horrid busing program. Drivers leave stops earlier than they should resulting in missing the bus and I waited at ppcc for an hour cause they gave it listed that the final departure from ppcc is 7:15pm. Bus never showed up and it was NOT a holiday. Absolutely appalling that they could do this to riders. Shame on you.

I have taken the buses for about to be 4 years there's some hiccups of them being late alot I recommend Tyrone I known him for a long time nothing against other drivers at all their all good
