So earlier in April I wrote a review on CC about the internet being an issue. They promptly fixed it and the internet here works great. I would also like to commend Jared, Kelly, and all the other staff here at CC for all the assistance and support that was extended to me, my son Kevin and others that needed help.

The internet connection with their wifi is absolutely horrible... make sure you have your own internet!!! It's weak, slow and drops completely every 15 to 20 minutes!

The rooms are very cozy and clean. They have Wi Fi, the rooms have some dishes and utensils, and TVs. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful, the place is fairly quiet and the rates are very reasonable, it is also pet friendly! I am here with my Husband while he works and I feel very safe here during the day while he's gone! I would for sure stay here again! Oh...just a personal preference but, I love that the towels and bed linens arent white! We stayed here a little over 2 months!

We stayed here for 6 months, until I found out the owners were browbeating my woman every day while I was at work. There are better places for the same price 10 miles away in Brush. Don't be fooled by this low class dive.

Stayed at the Country Comfort for 6 months for a construction project at the Colorado Plains Regional Medical Center. AWESOME service, quiet, personal attention. If you needed towels etc...They were right there..Made me and my crew feel right at home....If you're looking for the 'white glove', chic' place to stay, its not for you, but, if you want a 'down home' personal attention, clean rooms,quiet, and reasonable priced place to stay this is the place. The owners are on site, and do their best to accomodate/work with your schedule, very knowledgeable and helpful as the things to see and do in your off time. Would definately stay again, and recommend dining at Rocco's Italian Grotto for an AWESOME southwest twist on traditional Italian dining. We all felt like we were part of the Sands family and were sad to leave. Wishing them all the best.....

The man in the office is very rude and hateful. He treats you like a burden even when you're trying to pay. If he needs something, he doesn't ask; he raises his voice and reprimands as if you are in the wrong. I overheard him yelling at customers outside in the middle of the night about parking. There is a way to address people, especially paying customers, and he acts like a child rather than a business owner that wants a good name for his establishment. Everyone else is pleasant and easy to get along with and the rooms are nice and well kept.

Small sites, real close to everyone. Managers help is a wierd tattooed lady who seems like she has used drugs her entire life. Very bossy, will come to visit you if you stay, she lives on site. I work 16 hours a day, and the 7 days we stayed here we were miserable thanks to her. She would come visit my wife frequently, waking up our baby, looking into the camper scaring my wife. We needed to stay another week but left early due to her constantly bugging us. If you have an option to stay somewhere else, please take the longer drive and have a more comfortable stay.

I loved this place until they refused to refund my money, 60 bucks, after I stayed overnight in a room with no heat. It was 14 degrees that night, and so cold I couldn't sleep, even after a 14 hr drive before arriving for a much needed rest. I am also a returning customer, and was recognized by the gentleman who checked me in, but the gal I woke up to make her aware of my issue said I wouldn't get a refund because I didn't wake them up on thanksgiving night/black Friday to check the issue. I was trying to be courteous, and looks like I was penalized for letting them sleep. She said they weren't very busy and that this is her families income...which I support every time I come...basically I was told they can't afford to refund my money, due to the slow season, and was made to feel guilty for even asking gor a refund.
"Prayer can preserve America" posted near the entrance. Being a Christian, I enjoyed this, until I saw they do not practice what they preach, or post rather. Many places in the area for this price, so dont support this family who doesn't support good values and upstanding citizens, who give them repeat business.
Really disappointed folks.
