Super inviting and in a nice community building. I felt very Fort Collins going. The class I took was mat Pilates and it felt a little robotic. It worked my muscles but not in a particularly fun or rhythmic way. I’ll be trying more classes but that class wasn’t very mentally stimulating.

Lacey Gasaway was an awesome instructor. She took time to make sure every movement was done correctly. She tailored the session to what our group needed that day. And she ended with meditation which was so great. I loved this and will go back!

Lacey was able to get parts of my body to burn (in a good way) in a short amount of time. I also felt the movements were doable as a beginner, and liked the way the movements were explained along the way. I would definitely take another class! I also appreciate the community being built outside of classes. The space itself is very calming and has great light. Highly recommend.

I’m new to movement apothecary and have had nothing but stellar experiences so far. Lacey’s reformer classes are the perfect mix of embodiment, challenge, and playfulness. She’s attentive to each student and creates a safe and inclusive environment. The space itself is warm and inviting, it truly feels like a little sanctuary. I can’t wait to try more classes!

I can't say enough good things about The Movement Apothecary. I've never been much of a gym/class person, but coming to classes here is my favorite part of my week! The studio is so homey and inviting and all of the instructors I've interacted with are kind, welcoming, and really knowledgeable about what they teach. Pilates (mat & reformer) with Lacey has been my go-to, but they offer so many ways to move that there is something for everyone. Classes are fun, the perfect level of challenge, and always leave me feeling stronger and revived. If you're looking for a studio to get in some movement, this is it!
