It feels stupid to call a bookstore literary, that's the word that fits this one best. Or as the barista said, it's "delicious." Lots of great books, both used and new. Lots of cool zines and a wide selection of poetry. The café had reasonably-priced food and drinks. I had a cappuccino and poppy seed bagel, both of which were lovely. I also ordered a poem, and the barista recited Robert Frost to me. What a delightful experience!

A lot of indie bookstores preach about progressiveness, but this one practices what it preaches. It's a nonprofit, there is a free-to-use creative space upstairs, and a public bathroom (which a lot of bookstores don't seem to have...), and I got the impression that the workers don't expect you to buy anything in order to enjoy the luscious vibes of the space. Now one of my favourite indie bookstores!

Perelandra is a bookstore that has it all. Its got a highly curated selection of used books as well as new books that are published right inside the building! Some bookstores have been picked clean of all the good stuff like a buffet that only has the leftovers, but this bookstore has fresh delicious things! Its got some rad small press publications and art books and poetry that you would never find elsewhere. Really special finds and the prices are super fair. It even has a miniature bookstore inside the bookstore with tiny books the size of pennies that you can browse and buy. Plus it has the cozy cafe - wolverine farm - so you can get a coffee or tea or snacks or lunch. It is also a wonderful place to get work done, a great study spot - lots of seating and quiet atmosphere. I've met many writers typing out their on their next book inside the building. A great addition to the community.

Books, beer, and healthy food… what could be better. The lunch and breakfast is amazingly clean and good, nice beer selection!

What can I say - arguably one of the best pizzas available locally, they do wood fired pizza right! I might order lighter cheese next time, but that's just personal preference. They can make a Marguerite without complicating it like many others do.

Really like the eclectic selection of books; the bar/café and garden are wonderful spots for hanging out. They also have concerts/performances here. Don't come if you need a very wide range of books--but do come for the vibes and for a more cultural-boutique feel (at reasonable prices).

The value of a book store is not measured in quantity but in quality, and Perelandra has a well-curated collection ranging from poetry and philosophy to sci-fi and classics. It's a rare visit when I can't find something new and wonderful on the shelves. Clearly the owners have put a lot of effort into creating a space that speaks to the cultural value of a good book.

Perelandra is co-located with a coffee shop and bar, so it's a great place to kill a few hours or to meet up with friends. There's also a selection of local art and crafts, as well as special events on a regular basis.

Cute, but calling this a bookstore is pretty bold. It's more of a coffee shop with a sprinkling of books. The on tap Kombucha isn't very good at all. 3 stars based on the booch, and the lack of books, but it seems like a nice chill place to have a coffee and get some work done.

Best bookstore in Fort Collins. Just walk in, take in the ambiance for a few seconds, and grab a random book off the shelf.
