Told me I have to leave my purse at the register because of their no bag policy! Ridiculous. I go in there all the time for animal feed and this is the first time I've had security say anything to me but they should probably get better at profiling to not offend their customers.

We went here tonight for the first time with my husband and 2 kids. We’ve never been here but we have 9 GP’s and needed to find a more affordable option for hay bales instead of buying for $50 a week at petco.

I searched the store for what I was needing but had no idea we where to get the hay bales so I went to ask at the register. The lady who greeted me when I told her “I just have a question” she said “mhmm” not a “yes ma’am or how can I help?” . As I asked her where the hay bales are and how much they were she felt the need to correct me and so many times saying what I was asking for was grass like as if it mattered so much if she knew what I was talking about. Then I told her I have never been here before so I’m not sure how this all works but that I was still waiting for my family because they were checking out the rest of the store and buying items they wanted. She signed me up for their rewards program and told me I needed to drive past some gates and park in front of a garage ok sure.

I waited for my family (an additional 10 minutes) inside the store while they finished grabbing some items he needed for work. I’m checking out with my husband and kids and there’s people behind us and I asked the lady to confirm where the pickup location for the hay was at and she goes “oh my god you’re still here I told them to put the hay out around back already and they’ve been waiting on you” she was so loud about it I kept
Apologizing and she just kept repeating herself loudly so everyone could hear and I was honestly kinda embarrassed. My husband got upset with her and said “she’s told you we’ve never been here and you didn’t tell her when she was purchasing that she needed to drive to the back at that minute to get it”and she tried to argue with my husband and he said “you can’t assume everyone that purchases here has been here before and knows this policy of yours” at that point he wanted me to just be refunded but we needed the grass for our animals. We purchased the grass at 5:42pm and we were out into our car by 5:52pm. So literally 10 minutes. We drove up to the garage and the grass bale was there and the guy was working back there and brought it out and said “no worries there’s no rush here yall have a goodnight” so why tf did this cashier say so loudly so everyone could hear that I wasn’t supposed to be in the store still because she had already radioed this guy?

I’ll probably purchase our future grass bales at a different location because this one just put me and my family on blast simply because someone had to wait 10 minutes and he didn’t even care about waiting only the cashier did.. and I walked out embarrassed because of how loud this lady was and my husband saying I should’ve never apologized to her but I did it simply because I have social anxiety and didn’t want her to continue saying out loud so everyone could hear what I apparently did “wrong”…

I think your register lady the older looking one long greyish hair (only one working tonight’s register that I saw) needs some customer service training especially if you want new customers because the way she treated me simply because I waited for my family and she watched me walk back into the isles and didn’t say anything to me then is insane to me and will cause you to loose customers because no body likes to be put on blast over something they were never told..

Website specifically says open until 8. It's before 7 anf the store is closed. It's christmas eve so I understand wanting to be with family. But, at least have accurate informative information on YOUR website so you don't ruin someone else's.

A great resource e for basic small hardware items. They also carry cinnamon saltwater taffy, which is hard to find favorite candy love. They have it in large or small bags at a reasonable price. I like to look at their clothing, but it is definitely on the expensive side

this place is awful!!
be ready to be treated like a criminal..i had to show I had money to spend for the “security “ guard to stop following me. she stayed 4ft away for the whole
time i shopped (45mins) …needless to say i convinced my wife to get our supplies at Tractor Supply and Ace!…that place IS AWFUL!!!

My experience started rough. I ordered online for Black Friday. Apparently they "over-sold" the product and the one I already paid for was non-existent. After numerous phone calls, I ended up speaking with Sammy. She was professional, kind and calm. Me- not so much. I just picked up my item today. The store was bright, clean and festive. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Turned out to be a good experience.
