Vanessa fry! Acs is the unspoken child and lower back support of anyone in the army that needs help. I mention Vanessa because she is incredible. She helped me get a $1k grant toward my legal attorney fees when everyone turned their back on me. I originally went to AER to try and help me get a loan towards a divorce attorney and they basically told me to F off, “we aren’t here to save your credit score”. Vanessa helped was my hero. She stopped at nothing. Got me the help I needed and truly cares about soldiers and people in general. I seen her recently and let her know that i attribute my Success story to the hours she put in for me. She didn’t hesitate to hug me and let me know how happy she is that I came out on top of my terrible situation. I will forever have love for this amazing, talented, relentless woman. Thank you Vanessa!

The Front desk lady working yesterday was extremely rude, As soon as I walked in she had an attitude with me and others for no reason! The staff (front desk ) is extremely rude and discomforting. In all my years I’ve never experienced such bad service. The workers should not be so rude to people that are having a hard time already they don’t know our circumstances and going there has made me feel even worse about my situation. The manger or someone that cares really needs to take some action SOON and hire better employees. I hope the right person sees this and takes the steps that need to be done. Y’all need to Have some good morals and be a good people.

The young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! When I was clearing, she asked where I was going and offered me books on travel as well as language for the area. Great customer service!

As a new soldier, I’ve had to use ACS on several occasions. Every time I go, the staff seem unapproachable, as if they are being forced to work there, if that makes any sense. I’ve gotten turned down several times for very basic requests, such speaking to the immigration officer or being able to use a scanner. At this point, everytime I go in there, I expect to be disappointed. It’s really disappointing as they preach about helping soldiers and offering soldiers different programs. If I could make a single constructive criticism, it would be to teach your staff to develop intrapersonal and actually smile once In a while.

Absolutely the most difficult and unhelpful. I had to legit reasons for Aer. And the main person there said they will not help out at all. 11 years in Army, had a few over my career never had any issues until here. Truly, sad. They treat you as if you are an annoyance to them. Definitely not the right people for the job.
