I hate to be negative but the status of many facilities on this Army installation is sad. I went to this gas station with low tire pressure on my vehicle. Both air filling stations were out of order. Then I noticed the flickering lights by the gas station. Then I noticed the 6 or more gas pumps that were out of order. I wonder if we accept mediocrity because it is so common and well below the standard is ok because mediocrity is the norm here.

This is a good location. Other then them changing their Alcohol Sales times it's a good location. I've only had one bad run in with staff in the 4 years I've been coming here. So all in all I think that's some good odds. Just make sure when you want to purchase Alcohol or Tabacco products that you bring your MILITARY ID card. I can't tell you how many times people get mad at the staff because the customers don't have it with them.

went in trying to use my xchange gift card. the lady didn’t even greet me then on top of that doesn’t help me use the gift card (completely clueless since it was my first time using it). tells me i’m good just to be turned around and told me it didn’t work. was so frustrated already by how unfriendly the lady was i just told her to just forget it.
try better on y’all’s customer service.

Pumps are not 24 hours. I went there last night at 2330 and the pumps were not on. When it opened at 0500 I was able to get gas. I didn't get the complete hours, but I think they're 0500-2100 or so.

Went to get gas there and the posted sign was different than the pumps price. In addition, there is supposed to be a 5 cent reduction from the price when you use the AAFES star card, didn't happen. I contacted the manager and he was incapable of fixing the issue at all. Small amount of money but he fixed neither the advertising or anything.

One the cashiers won't listen and will double charge your account for extra pumps and won't let you get a refund. They also seem to give dirty looks when you wait for your receipt. Just skip this one.

Recently remodeled to where they now have self check out and easier access to products, the staff is great, and the prices are fair.
