Buyer beware! They sell a lot of very low quality furniture that is defective straight from the manufacturer. I purchased a kitchen table that hand massive crack down the leg (delivered that way) and a brand new ergonomic computer chair that cannot be assembled because they Chinese manufacturer welded the screw holes in the wrong areas. The import tag also isn’t completed and the chair reeks of lead based paint, which makes me think irs made of illegal and hazardous materials.
The assembly instructions aren’t even for the chair it came with.

The warranty they offer is a joke- they say that customers are responsible for costs incurred due to warranty issues. Since they sold me a faulty product, if they don’t refund my money and take their product back, I will be filing a fraud case with my credit card company. False advertising is illegal, and so is importing without the proper inspections and legal standards.

American Furniture Warehouse is incredible! I love walking through all the displays—they make it so easy to imagine how everything will look in my home. The couches are super comfy, and their entertainment centers, decor, and paintings are always on point. The bed sets and youth section offer so many great options for any style. There’s truly something for every room. The quality is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the selection is unmatched. It’s my go-to spot for furniture and home decor! I want it all! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At the Firestone store great customer service and very clean. They honor everything they say and advertise. Delivery was great as well, very courteous, respectful, and set up was fast. They cleaned their trash up and left all with in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this store, we will be in to make more purchases. Sorry for the picture, I covered family photos.

Charles, our salesmen was awesome. If this rating was just about him, it would be 5 stars. The delivery people came, threw everything together quickly, left and a piece of the hardware on our dining room table broke and they did not not our sofa together all the way. We text and called the number, nothing. We called the main number, was transferred, held for 51 minutes to be asked to leave a voice mail and they would call back and nothing. We are headed into Monday and still haven't heard a word from them. We've purchased from AFW a few times and it was always great. These guys not so much. We still have a broken table and a couch that's not hooked together correctly. Do better American Furniture.

The gentleman working at customer pick up were so helpful and kind. I accidentally came with a car that was too small the first time, and they didn't treat me like a "stupid women". I came back and they remembered my name and communicated everything. Thanks guys! Loving the patio furniture!

Love American Furniture Warehouse. Everything I have purchased from there has lasted 20+ years. Their staff are laid back and helpful. Their delivery team was outstanding and on time which we appreciate. The new bedroom set we purchased is sturdy and absolutely stunning! We will continue buying all of our furniture from them!

I almost hate to admit it, but had a great delivery from the Firestone store today. Three guys were in and out quickly, carefully and politely. Called before delivery to tell us they were running early. I've had really poor delivery service in years past from AFW, but this time was great.
