Purchasing a vehicle is never easy, and doing it out of state wasn't initially part of my plan. After encountering excessive markups in California, I decided to explore options beyond my state and came across Sandra Bradberry at Stapp. From the start, Sandra made what could have been a stressful experience completely painless. Her communication was clear and timely, and she kept me updated throughout the entire process.

When the delivery date for my 2025 Toyota Camry was confirmed, I booked a one-way flight to Colorado. Sandra went above and beyond by meeting me at the airport, making the transition smooth. We headed to the dealership where, thanks to Sandra's thorough preparation, I was able to sign the paperwork, add extra warranties and coverage, and be on my way—all in just 30 minutes!

The Camry itself exceeded my expectations with its efficiency, comfort, and performance. During my 1,250-mile road trip back to Southern California, I was amazed at the fuel efficiency, reaching 60 mpg at one point! This car certainly “went places,” and it was all thanks to Sandra’s exceptional service.

Stapp Toyota is the last family owned dealership in Colorado! The entire car buying experience was fantastic. No high pressure salesmen. Bryant, our sales representative was kind, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. We came in to test drive a few cars to replace our Cadillac Escalade, and drove home a new Sequoia Capstone! Ron, the new car manager was a wealth of information and again, seemed there to educate and not to “sell”. We drove up from Boulder despite having a local dealership 2 miles from our home. We will never go anywhere else!

So we went in to buy an EV due to all the great incentives the federal government was offering as well as a few from Toyota. We were lead to believe that we would be getting back a 7500 dollar federal tax credit this year for purchasing the EV. When filing my taxes today I called to get a little information about the car to fill out the form. I was then told that that specific car isn’t eligible for the incentive. Literally Toyota is one of the only car companies that isn’t eligible. Carla seemed like she knew that and it was easy information to obtain. We bought the car in August so even though the law was changed back in January that was plenty of time from January to August to get your employees on the same page, and let people know the car ISNT eligible. I would have stayed in the car I was in. So they got me in something about 20k dollars more then my previous car and the ONLY reason we did it was because of the incentive. So shame on this dealership they need to do better with learning information as it’s available to them and making that information available to the customer. So I would not shop at this Toyota, and shame on them for putting people in situations that are 6 year long commitments for their commission and not thinking about the well being of the person purchasing the car. I regret working with this dealership. I have a lot of choice words but left it PG for the review. Any dealership who is willing to put their bottom line, commission, and moving a vehicle, over honesty and transparency is not a company or dealership that should get your business let alone deserves your business. So I say shop around their are plenty of other options. Stay far away from this place
