TV didn't work.Not world ending for me, but could be for some.
Your cool staff, keeps this a 5- star review for me. At the end of the day, a comfy room at a decent price. You have very nice staff here, and that means more to me than the TV. Nobody's perfect. This is an older property, and deserves respect. You treated me decently, and I'll be back next time I need to stay in Greeley.

Beds were more comfortable than the Quality inn, they have larger refrigerators, housekeeping only if you want/need it.if that's how you want it. Front desk very helpful.
The location isn't great but if you are just looking for a place to lay your head, it's a good place.

I enjoy staying here. The staff is very helpful and understood my situation and help with anything I needed. I stayed for a while so I cleaned up my own space but room service came in twice a week to do their job and they did a great.

This was horrible. The smell was so horrible when we got there. Everything was dirty. The blankets were stained. I can’t say it enough how much it stunk here. The room smelled of cigarette smoke too. Very dirty. If i could give this a zero i would.

I had 20+ knife stab cuts on my bed and box spring. There is no coffee in the room they only serve it from 6am to 9am I've been in some crappy motels before but never accounted no coffee. The whole staff hates their jobs and it shows by thier attitudes and service
I had a minor problem and when I told the front desk girl she literally told me they'd fixed after I checked out in two days

I really liked this place.
I was told by an Evans police officer that this was a place for felonies to parole to.
But the actual parole officer's won't let them.
People are nice.
I still miss the place.
The internet sucks too.

Positive: Location, functionality, and purpose, it served my needs very well. I been here a number of times, and no doubt will be back next month. Reasonably priced Negative: The smell of trash and garbage was offensive on a hot summer day. It could have been emptied every day. I was there for two nights.
