After visiting seven Honda dealerships in Colorado and contacting some out of state to look for a new car, I visited Honda of Greeley and finally felt I was treated like I mattered. The salesman, Anthony Atenció, was kind, professional, sincere and clearly versed in the stock of autos available. He was very patient and provided all the info I asked for - he cared about ensuring that I was getting what I was looking for in every way. Everyone I met at Honda of Greeley were so friendly, accommodating and genuinely looking out for my best interest. I ended up with a fabulous car at a good price and felt like I gained a family as well. Highly recommend Anthony as a sales person to work with and this dealership if you’re looking for integrity and great business for car shopping (not just Hondas there)!!!

While seriously exploring the car market for a few weeks, I decided to reach out to Honda of Greeley last week. I filled out their online form to schedule a test drive for an HR-V they had in-stock and quickly received a call from Sammy V., an Internet Sales Manager.

With colder weather approaching, and increasing costs of walking and using Uber, I was ready to finally replace my broken car with something reliable. After considering other dealers with less reputable inventories (with disproportionately high price tags), and no "easy" offers to take my old car off my hands, I started to lose hope. I never had a chance to say that if it meant getting rid of the old car for a dependable one, I was going to be flexible. But Honda of Greeley was the dealer that gave me the time of day and immediate resolution about my old car from step 1.

I knew I didn’t sound like a dream customer—my work agenda prevented me from coming in right away, I initially had a lower budget, and my trade-in wasn’t worth much. But Sammy reassured me that they would accept my broken car and handle the payoff with my original lender, making the loan consolidation process effortless for me and increasing my chances of getting approved for a new loan. He remained friendly and optimistic about getting me into a new car that same day. This made me feel heard, so I was comfortable enough to continue business with Honda; I agreed to fill out their pre-approval application and authorize the credit pull.

I arrived at 5PM and met Jesse V., my salesperson. Jesse was awesome and I'm glad I got such a friendly person to show me around. We went over some other potentials in the lot while we waited for my friend to arrive to go on the test drive with me.

I declined when Jesse asked if I was open to car makes that weren't Toyota or Honda, but he didn’t uncomfortably pressure me to "look anyway" nor to increase my budget since most of their AWD cars that day were newer Hondas and Toyotas outside of my original budget. Having bought my last 2 beater cars out of desperation, I strictly refused to pay tens of thousands for a car I didn't 100% want now that I'm in a better situation. Despite this, he didn't let up on treating me like a genuine buyer and let me come to my own conclusions about the HR-V and other potentials we talked about.

Additionally, Jesse and the financing person were patient with my schedule and stayed some minutes after their closing time to answer my warranty questions and finalize the paperwork that night.

Because of Sammy's quick and clear responsiveness about the financing application and loan consolidation process, Jesse's respectful sales approach, and their team's willingness overall to meet my needs that day, I decided to stick with Honda of Greeley. I also fell in love with that 2025 HR-V I came to test drive, which also happened to be available in my favorite color. Everything about my experience made this purchase happen.

The team at Honda of Greeley, especially Jesse and Sammy, perfectly blended the right amount of sales pressure and “can-do” attitudes towards me since our very first interaction. Overall, my buying experience with Honda of Greeley was incredibly positive, and I drove away in a vehicle I truly love.
