We arrived around midnight and there weren't any details or sign hanging about what to do. We did find a phone box and it dialed the call center. Their instructions were had us get a key that opened a blue box, but the box was empty. The service had no options or ideas after that. Almost ready to go find a hotel, we instead called the phone number on the web, that person answered and gave us a code to open a black box which had an envelope with out name on it.

Having not been there before, the room we had (4101) was tricky to find, but the map was well drawn out, we just didn't get it.

The location was great, elk were there about everyday and we even had a bear come through after smelling some food cooking on the barbecue. There was even a daily afternoon visit from a cottontail rabbit who just sat and ate grass for about an hour.

The river was right out our front door, so that was great. Front desk service was great. The pool was great according to my wife and kids.

If it weren't for the check in issues, the stay would have been perfect. Instead it was just great.

Worldmark Estes Park is located on the door step of Rocky Mountain NP and is super convenient.

On our recent trip to RMNP, we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Room is fine, clean and plenty of space for the 2 of us. ( We like to spread out). Unit 18 is at the end of the property, our particular unit 18101 faces the river which is quite nice. We even saw an eleven point elk just on the other side of the fence, beautifully animal.

Parking is plenty, but you may or may not get one right in front of you unit. 2 of the days we were able to get space right next to it, and 1 night we parked a couple of units down. Not a big deal since it is not a huge property.

Unit 18 is elevated about the parking lot, accessible via stairs and does not have paved ramp. We dragged our luggage over the grass, but might not suitable for everyone.

Check-in was fine. They were training a new person so it took a bit longer. The house keeping did leave the tubs and bed covering from previous cleaning just outside of our door and forgot to pickup until we told them the next day.

The only real issue was that one of the bathroom sink drain slowly and backs up quickly. We were only there 2 nights so didn't bother to have them fix it, but did notify the front desk when we checked out.

Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend for the easy access to the Park.

The rooms are clean, the staff is awesome, and the views are fantastic!! There is a river that flows through the property and they offer fishing supplies for free. They also have a pool and 3 different spas. I was also able to see all kinds of wild life ranging from beautiful birds to elk and bears. Awesome place to stay!!

Really enjour stay here, apartment was lovely... had some new carpets, appliances and stuff...yes a little dated but overall a really nice Comfortable place to stay. Staff friendly. Location soir on for what we wanted to do. I'd recommend and would stay again

Took my wife here for her birthday, and we absolutely loved it. You could hear the elk calls close by. The rooms were very big and accommodating for all our needs. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly.

All hot tubs were slightly warm at best. Office workers don't care / dont want to be bothered with any questions.

WorldMark ruined Christmas. We reserved a non-refundable room with them weeks ago, and were told via email 3 days before our trip that an "unforseen inventory problem" meant they were cancelling our reservation. The unforseen problem is that they repost their rooms for higher prices after you book and will bump you if anyone bites.

I booked my reservation through AirBnb and realized that all their cancellation notices had come through their own system, not AirBnb. They try to get you on the phone so they can bait-and-switch you with downgraded rooms without AirBnb having a record of it. Even as they were trying to cancel my reservation due to "overbooking", the listing was still up on AirBnb. Also, it's not an airplane or something, there's only a couple of rooms on the property. Taking a non-refundable deposit and then reselling it is just scumbag behavior.

I still don't know what I'm going to do to make my special family Christmas trip in the mountains happen now that they waited all month to tell me. Avoid this place, it's a scam.

2 quick things: over bookings and BEDBUGS. we tried checking in yesterday and was successfully provided our room, 11101. Not impressed w the room AT ALL but I could've gotten over that. Pulled out the couch bed and there were bedbugs and bedbug fecal matter in the mattress. Immediately no.

Overbooking: they mentioned they had overbooked and were turning people away that had booked long ago. Saw it in person on a trip to the lobby. Unreal

We left and won't return.
