We had a great experience taking our kids to indoor rock climbing. Austin was so patient with our kids and made sure to pick the best courses for their skill level. He was also great at guiding them and instilling confidence when they were having difficulty.
All of the employees we encountered were helpful and friendly. We visit Estes Park often and will absolutely be going back here.

The customer service I received prior to our visit was wonderful. I was impressed with how polite, kind, and accommodating everyone was. We rented three mountain bikes and an e-bike. We wanted to ride around Lake Estes after a long road trip. The bikes were set up for us, we were fitted with helmets, and we were given a little time cushion so I could pay and join my family.
We had a great experience biking around the lake. An hour was plenty of time and my husband loved the e-bike so much, he couldn’t stop smiling. The elk we saw in the lake were a cool bonus. There were calves with their mamas and they were adorable. They were at a safe distance so we could admire them and take pictures. Hands down I would recommend this shop! Thank you for making our first experience in Estes Park a fun one!

Jacob, one of the shop attendants and an experienced mountaineer, helped me cut and install new straps for my climbing skins. He was very kind and positive and it was above and beyond regular expected service. A good person and the jackets in the basement are on a pretty good sale.

What great employees that run the joint. So kind, so efficient, and so helpful! Great mountain tips given for a first time snow boarder. We rented skis and snowboards as people with a lot of varying experience. The price makes it so worth it. I wish they opened a little earlier so we could make it to the mountain by open if we went in the morning but they are great nonetheless.

Rented some gear for the family to head into the park in the dead of winter. Great rental department, good friendly advice that was on point and they threw in a bit of extra gear to try out, no charge. Great experience. Huge for sale department as well. Recommend.

Has every kind of gear you could want and very high quality stuff. Expensive, but it’s a gear shop in a tourist destination. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Great place to rent and have work done on bikes and skis. They also have an indoor climbing gym.

We rented ski gear. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We appreciated their knowledge and advice. Everyone working seemed to really enjoy being there and helping the customers. I would recommend them for all of your outdoor needs!
