Though there is some space to park, the condition of the parking lot is as if they dropped bombs on it. Be careful!No showers, either. Absolutely not deserving to be called "travel center."

I stopped in the morning bought some stuff and spoke to Lisa the morning manager, she was fantastic. Said since I wasn’t staying all night but just a few hours, that I didn’t have to pay the parking fee for my semi. Well, I guess after shift change somebody thought they should stick a threatening form letter to my truck door on the paint. Stating you’ll be towed blah blah blah. Just call the Frederick police and find out blah blah blah lol it was ridiculous. “Pay your fee or don’t come here ever again”. It became very apparent why their parking lot is empty. I spent about 10 minutes peeling all the clear tape off my door. I should take pictures and file a police report and send them a bill to have my paint professionally buffed. Just knock on someone’s door. Don’t stick shit on their paint with threats attached. It’s unfortunate. Because they have a great location with not very many places to stop nearby. But I’ll drive 100 miles out of my way to never go here again.. But again, Lisa, you’re fantastic. I probably would’ve came in before I left and bought way more than $20 worth of stuff to eat and drink and a pair of gloves and whatever else probably fuel. But if you’re gonna be jerks about a $20 fee that I was told I didn’t even have to pay then you can shove it.

Mostly pros on this review. I almost didn't stop here because of the bad reviews but I needed to sleep.
The potholes are non existent. I think they fixed that. The BBQ place is amazing. They also gave me a coupon for the catina place.

You do have to pay for parking. They don't have showers.
Would I do a 34 here? No. But would I completely skip this place? No. It's decent.

I wouldn't give it one star but I wanted to post. No restrooms they wouldn't let me use them, no showers no restaurant and the sign on the door says truck parking 20.00 a night and the ladies were not friendly. Parking lot is dark and all dirt. DO NOT STOP HERE go 8 minutes down the road.

Great place to stop.
Exit 235 off of I-25.
Gas and Diesel.
Plenty of big truck parking.
Friendly staff.
BBQ, Beer, Snacks, and other convenient items.
Sit down Restaurant/Cantina.
Mcdonald's and Starbucks next door.

The sweet Emily's bbq truck outside has tasty food! Ribs and hot link was good! I will try the turkey leg etc next!

DO NOT STOP HERE this place is a complete joke, it WAS a decent place to park for free, until the owner decided to start charging per day to park there. You don’t have access to bathrooms 24/7, there are no showers, you don’t get access to food 24/7. At least at a loves or pilot, you get access to bathrooms, showers, and food. It’s a complete waste of money to pay there. I’d take my business elsewhere
