I can't say enough good things about Tape and Twine! We are SO lucky to have them in Erie. I could not run my business without them. They go above and beyond always, and are so incredibly friendly. They are fast and truly care about their customers. They have SO many shipping options and can compare carriers to get you the best prices. They also have cute gifts and THE BEST greeting cards. Such a gem!

Erie is SO lucky to have this business! I will never go to the Post Office again! Friendly staff, bright and cheery space, and in and out pretty quickly! I love also that they support local artists and sell locally made earrings, stickers, etc there. Kelly and her team are top-notch! Love Tape and Twine!

Hands down the best customer service in the business! Kelly and her team were knowledgeable, friendly and patient as they helped me with both my shipping and my printing needs.
