Have been going here since it was cranford's back in the day. Was waiting to get a money order from the management window lady looked at me said I'll be right back and went to start scanning groceries with no explanation. Asked another management. They said sorry can't help you there. And a lot of the hostess products and milk is actually out of date whenever they sell it. So be sure to check your labels.

They had a good sale onDr Pepper this week four cases for $12 and sweet cherries at $3.99 a pound. Store layout is done extremely well for easy access shopping. Very cordial associates and very professional, clean appearance.

Decent selection of most anything you would need. Store is better layed out since it switched to Brookshires from a Cranfords. I am glad they did not make it a Super One, which is a member of the Brookshires family of companies. All of the Brookshires that switched over to Super Ones in Pine Bluff suck, for lack of a better word. I'll go to this Brookshires any day over a Super One.

My checker, in the end, was very nice. However, from the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly to other patrons and completely ignored me. It was clear that I was being persona non grata there. I will never go back again. Their disrespect was uncalled for. Especially while greeting others and actually saying, "If you need anything, let me know!" Sure, it bothered me, I was already dealing with some sadness. But regardless of what a person may be going through , we should all be welcomed when we are spending money and assisting the business yo thrive. Never ever again will u go there! I will never recommend it. Nor will I ever reconsider this decision. Life is tough enough without blatant disrespect.

The Managers and Clerks are very friendly and helpful!! If there is a problem, the Managers assist you immediately when called by the Clerk!! You do not have to wait a long time!! The Clerks are fast and efficient!! You are in and out, no long wait time!! The employees greet you with a pleasant smile and a hello!! They make you feel so welcome!! I also like their buy one get one for a penny promotions!! Great savings!!! ❤

I like that you acknowledge seniors with a 5% discount. However, I did buy a chicken that had an odor. I think it was old and should have been pulled and thrown out! The cashier, Rita, is extremely nice!
The young men and women who assisted me to my vehicle are very nice!

UPDATE:
I was in the store today 10-13-22 and the line was long. Another cashier opened, but the next person in line should not be the last person in line. The next person should be the one next at the cashier. This has happened to me more than once. Wait, are you looking at "Color"!?
