Absolutely looooove going here. This place is a not-so hidden gem 💎 for gift and holiday shopping, and it’s currently the only branch in the Colorado Springs area.

Parking in this location is rough especially on busier days/hours, so definitely keep that in mind. Looooong lines too (the lines get CRAZY during the holidays, trust me—it’s giving “Black Friday in the early 2000s”, kinda bad) but made worth it by some amazing finds you can cop there.

I frequently come here to check out deals on phone cases; they carry even the official apple silicon cases here some days for about half off the original price! 📱

Specifically went to tj max to do shopping at jewelry counter. looking for necklaces; & any other great looks or deals. Your associate/older gal with green n white checkered vest on; never once looked up or acknowledged me, my daughter or grand-daughter....easily would of made many purchases but left store without anything......

The place was nice and clean and a great feeling when shopping. The only thing that was a slight downfall was the waiting in line. There was one lady employee who was wishing everyone happy holidays and passing out some candy while waiting in line. That made the line worth it. She had the biggest smile and was happy to be doing her job.

I usually will shop there in the section of the store where they sell Skin, Body, & Hair products. The Products are usually Discounted priced lower than if you were to go to a Department Store. I'm a Regular there!

Store was clean - long lines but it moves rather quickly- it’s a good place to find anything you might need for the home or clothing - even personal hygiene products galore, shoes, etc…

The staff there has some of the worst customer service. Venus who i’m gonna assume is a manager sat behind the counter on her phone my entire transaction. The very unprofessional cashier who was ringing me up was in sweat pants and a zip up hoodie didn’t greet me didn’t acknowledge me, just carried on her conversation as if i was an inconvenience to her; and the store was a hot mess, more than usual.

This store is such a let down. They should never combine both stores. We are military so we have moved to a lot of different states so I have been to many tjmaxx’s and homegoods. They are my favorite stores to shop at for almost everything. This store lacks so much it is pretty much just a tjmaxx and not a good one at that. Homegoods stores are always packed to max with everything home. This one is nothing like any homegoods. I’m just shocked there is only one store in the entire Colorado Springs area. I mean there are 3 Hobby Lobby’s in Colorado Springs. And I do not even know how many Ross store are in this areas I think 4-5 counting Fountain. Colorado Springs needs a more tjmaxx’s and homegoods added to this area & separately not together.
