Amazing place. Clean, friendly, and tax is included into prices. They have every different type of tabletop game you could play. They also have huge pops collection and a huge gaming area for people who want a place to play and hang out. I also never feel judged for being a woman who enjoys these games. Plenty of the top players are woman and almost all staff are woman. They also have a private room for people to rent and games to rent. One of the best game stores I have seen.

The people here are friendly, and the store offers plenty of space to play games. While the selection of cards and accessories could be improved, it's not a deal breaker. They have a good variety of tabletop games and accessories as well. However, the downside is that their prices are higher than other local game stores, and it feels like they control the market in Pueblo. Their buyback prices are the lowest I've encountered—only offering about 20% of a card's value. Because of this, I'd rather take my cards to Colorado Springs or Denver to sell. Overall, their higher-than-average prices and lower-than-average buyback rates just aren't worth it for me.

They have a decent selection of Warhammer miniatures. Definitely more than I've seen at other shops in the area

I do not reside in Pueblo, CO. In fact, my family lives about 5+ hours away. However, every year when we visit family in January, we always make sure to include this store on our journey back home. The ambiance, game selections, and unique items make it a significant part of our trip. Even if we don't find what we are looking for, we always make a stop because you never know what new games or treasures you may come across here. I understand that our annual visit may not hold much significance in the grand scheme of things, but for us, it has become a cherished tradition.

I'm disappointed that they have trade ins for Pokemon cards by "appointment only". They can't train their other employees and depend on one person to do it. How hard is it to look at either TCG or completed sales on eBay to come up with a price for trades? I asked to see the newest set of Pokemon singles card and I'm told they're still working on it. They lost a sale all because they aren't properly trained. I've collected for over 30 years and worked at comic/collectible stores and have never been told it's by appointment only. They get 3 stars cause the first time I went I did find some stuff. I won't be back. What a joke

Wow, what a game store. Seriously incredible. I visit family in Canon City every summer and I got into Pokemon cards about a year ago and when I came down, I went to this store. Absolutely incredible place. I went to one pokemon card tournament and it was so fun. I made a mistake in one of the rules that you couldn't switch decks mid-turnament (because where I play, that's a common practice is to switch decks) and I accidentally switched decks. They were really kind in correcting me there and the welcoming community was honestly so refreshing. I had so much fun. The general staff was so kind and considerate.

When I go to a game store I look for 3 things: Acceptingness, variety, and community. Chaos games had all three. Yes it looks a bit sketchy walking in there but as soon as you walk in, it's like a whole other world. The main lady who I spoke on the phone with 3 separate times about a bunch of different questions I had was so kind and helping. The Pokemon guy (idk he was a judge or something) was super cool when I made that mistake about the decks, and they had so much variety on Pokemon. Some of it seemed a bit pricey but other stuff seemed reasonable. You have to remember, there a small game store, not Walmart/Target. 10/10 will be coming back!!

Thank you
