The staff at Dover Saddlery in Parker are always so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection/variety of equestrian supplies. We have purchased clothing, tack, toys, helmets, rakes, supplements - you name it. I even called ahead for a specific de-wormer that my Father was picking up. They made sure they helped him get the right one when he arrived. Online ordering and pick up is also smooth.

The gift card promo is NOT user friendly. Even though it’s electronic, they won’t “send” it for weeks and this time I actually had to call bc I didn’t get it. I hate to think this was done on purpose but…
Someone needs to seriously compete with Dover and offer customer service with integrity.

Such a great tack shop in Colorado!!! I love everything about this location but BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TALL BOOTS! If you do not know how tight they should be the employees will size the calf’s way too big! The shoulder be very tight and nearly zip up!!! Just make sure to size down on the calf’s if you are in between sizes!
Other than that it’s a great store with a lot of hunter/jumper casual and show apparel and lots of tack!

Good place for riding apparel, and needs for horseback riding. Good boot selection. Very helpful staff . I only gave it 4 stars because it is a bit expensive and I would like to see some less expensive apparel.

Always love shopping here for any of my horse needs! They have great employees, always willing to help find exactly what you need. I went in for new tall boots for shows. While they didn't have my exact size(I am a very difficult leg to fit) they were able to give me great advice and I'll be ordering the exact fit for me off their website!

I am writing this to share my many wonderful experiences at Dover, in Parker, CO. We started coming about three years ago, not knowing anything. Our first encounter was with Tracy, who was then (and is now) informative, friendly, fun & patient. She guides us in our purchases and has become someone we see as an expert. She freely shares information (from buying tack to picking a horse), ALWAYS with grace & a smile. If she makes a recommendation you know it what is best, not about making a sale. Years later we still are learning & she is still just as she was when we met her. Kayla, Cheyenne & many others all work in a collaborative effort of a clearly established, wonderful, culture of putting horses and customers first. There may be other stores around but we make the trip to Dover because we trust those who are there. Besides that, everything is neat, easy to find & full of variety. We come there for that too. Overall, we wanted to take the time to share that it is a great place!
