I came in to Midas in Parker because my exhaust pipe was loose. I was thinking to myself, I bet this is gonna be a $10 part that requires $75 in labor to install. Knock me over with a feather when the manager came out and said, “this is a quick, easy fix and we’re not going to charge you for it.” Wow, that is really honest service! They’ve gained a loyal customer in me. I’ll definitely be back , and will be happy to pay for whatever else needs doing on my car. Thanks, Midas!

Carlos is an exhaust artist. I attempted a mod on my Mustang… and goofed big time.. I called around Parker/Elizabeth and was referred to Midas and connected with Carlos. Not only did Carlos fix my mistake, he did a fantastic install. The chrome tip exhausts were perfectly aligned. Thank you for sharing your skills and expertise!! Awesome team at this shop!

Staff is always available and very friendly. Got my tire patched same day and am very satisfied with the service provided. Reasonable pricing and very quick! Shout outs to Don for being very welcoming and efficient.

I wish i could give these guys more than 5 stars. They are super friendly, super informative and have shown me everytime what it is and why it needs fixed if something is wrong.
They will not try to oversell me and will carry out work thats required at that point and tell you what looks like is going to need done in the future.

I had a tire that came off the bead after a very minor accident and I was on a pinch and needed help with it. I called them in advance, great and friendly there. Then when I brought it in they took care of me very very well. Would absolutely recommend! 😁

I went in to Midas (Parker location) on 09/03/22 to install larger aftermarket chrome exhaust tips (4") on my 2018 Ford Mustang. The Midas manager, Josh, did a great job of helping me select the appropriate size and brand of exhaust tips, and he was not afraid to be very categorical in helping me pick the best options for my vehicle, as well as to steer me away from the wrong ones. Also, when we ran into unforeseen fitment issues, once my Mustang was up on the lift, Josh had effective solutions and options to present me with. On Josh's recommendation, we deleted my stock mufflers, which were causing the fitment problems, and Mike, the welder/tech, did a great job of fitting the new 4" exhaust tips to my stock 2-1/4" pipe outlets. Mike's workmanship was good, and the exhaust welds and machined brackets were very clean. As an unforeseen bonus, my car now also has a killer exhaust note, which is something I never knew an exhaust delete could achieve! The time I was quoted for this entire job was 2.5 hours, but I was in and out in less than 2 hours, start to finish. I highly recommend this particular Midas location, due to its knowledgeable staff and effective service. Pictures are attached of the exhaust work completed at Midas on my Mustang.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING MORE COMPLEX THAN AN OIL CHANGE.
My girlfriend and I brought her car in after she failed an emissions test, and they said it was the spark plugs. After multiple delays, the spark plugs were done, but when we went to pick it up the person at the counter said she needed to sign a waiver for the repairs she had told them not to do. They never called her or mentioned these repairs. After she failed the emissions test again, we brought her car into another mechanic and he said the spark plugs looked like they were installed by a 10 year old.
This place may be fine for oil changes, but going here for anything more complex would make me very nervous.

Took my Acura MDX for a basic oil change and the new oil tech completely messed up my car on a simple oil change. Here's what happened after the oil change was completed, I took my car to work and then home and the next morning oil was leaking all over my driveway and all my dash lit up like a christmas tree, called the store and they instructed me to bring the car back in which I did, waited for 2 hours while they drained the oil washed the under bay and gave it another oil change. And I thought everything was good but it wasn't they stripped the oil pan/bolt which I didn't find out until I took it to another shop 1 month later afterhavinga slow leak. Now I need a new oil pan which will cost me 605.18 dollars to replace and the store manager Don is refusing to help me. My advice is to stay away from this location and go somewhere else. Before you have to pay for there mistakes. Update, The company put a comment on this review which it states please contact us and see how we can help, which I did and no response there trying to manipulate the reviews. Go elsewhere don't come to this store.
