During our wait to be served, we observed that Mira M. exhibited unprofessional conduct toward a customer. She displayed visible irritation when the customer had difficulty hearing her due to the noisy environment in the DMV and continued to treat the customer with a hostile attitude. It is crucial to maintain composure and professionalism in such situations, and if one finds it challenging to do so, it may be advisable to consider alternative career paths.

Best place to renew driver's license in El Paso County. Everyone (including those waiting to be served) was friendly, patient, and happy at the workplace. I highly recommend going here, and I look forward to visiting again.

I visited this office in June to register my car. I was unable to pay the entire amount at the time, so the clerk gave me a temporary tag and registration cards. She kept my title until I was able to come back and pay the fees. I come back today, and they tell me they cannot register my car without the title. I inform them they have my title and never gave it back to me, to which she responds “we do not have it” so they had to have lost it. Great!! Even though the car has temporary tags in my name and a registration card in my name, I can’t do anything without the title they lost. The headache this has started for me!!

So now I have to somehow get a duplicate title from the seller, who I don’t even know how to get into contact with. This is so frustrating!!!

Came in at 0850am for a 9am appointment. Walked out 10 minutes later. Megan, I believe was her name, was the most pleasant clerk. She helped me out right away and I was done in no time. Front desk was super nice as well. Great customer service.

If the old lady in the front don't want to be here that's fine but we don't need some bitter ol lady to give us attitude when asking a simple question. Get a different greater at the desk. It'll make this already annoying ordeal better.

Best DMV Experience - I had the pleasure of speaking with Sara (for out-of-state vehicle registration & titling) and Cherrie (for driver's license) at the Colo Spgs North Gate DMV office. This was by far the best DMV experience I have had in my 6 moves. I knocked out two new registrations, taxes, titles, plates, and CO Drivers Licenses in 2hrs... normally a multi-day ordeal! Thanks for the kindness, professionalism and speed-of-service!

Everyone here is over the top knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a great place to go to even though you might not want to. I love the do it yourself machine for renewals. I don’t dread coming here at all and they always have answers to my questions
