This is my favorite King Soopers location! The produce is always fresh, and I appreciate how well-stocked and organized the store is. The wide aisles make for a comfortable shopping experience, even during busy hours. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, making each visit smooth and enjoyable. Definitely my go-to grocery store!

Papa Sidian

This is probably the best King Soopers in Colorado Springs. They are bigger than most of the others so they carry a lot of items that other King Soopers don't. Like kid toys, clothes, household items and more. They also normally have plenty of self checkout lanes and regular checkout lanes so you're not waiting too long. The grocery selection is amazing as well. Been going here for two years and still a great place.

I had never been to the store before, but stopped in today for the first time. This is another one of the stores that is trying to phase out cashiers and replace them with "self checkout". I literally just spent 12 minutes, checking out my small cart of items because every single time I put something up there, the stupid machine had a problem, and the employee who was assigned that area literally had to stand next to me and scan her badge for every item. Is this really an improvement, guys?

If I had gone to a human cashier, the whole process would've taken maybe 90 seconds. I like the store, but refused to go to them anymore because of these stupid machines. Bring the humans back.

This store has the worst customer service and the manager was absolutely no help. King Soopers is my choice for groceries but I normally go to the one on Austin Bluffs, however they were out of my item so I had to go to Constitution. They refused to help cut a 18 lb rib roast saying they weren't allowed because it cut down on production numbers when they had to stop and cut the meat. I then asked the store manager and she said oh they dont have aknife to do that, which is such a lie. I paid $142 for a large roast and they couldn't even help cut it, where the one on Austin Bluffs will. Piss poor management and customer service.

King Soopers is a great shopping experience I do wish they had the aisles a little bit more organized though so you could find things when you're in a hurry.
They have a great deli and bakery people are very nice. The store is very clean. Parking lot s easy to get in and out of
I would shop here over Walmart anytime.

This is going to kind of be a long post. I remember when this grocery store was first being built. This grocery store was absolutely amazing back then, and in some ways this grocery store still is great. They have a plethora of items in this grocery store. I would like to mention, I am celiac and, they carry quite a bit of products for gluten-free individuals. I understand with time and a array of other circumstances things change. But lately the past 6 months or so. This King Soopers has really let me down, in my personal experiences. I'm sure it has to do with more housing being built around it. So of course more traffic to this King Soopers. Unfortunately, I've noticed products that I was able to get before being out of stock a lot more, like coffee cream, sometimes butter, milk or substitution for milk, fruits and vegetables again. I know. Hard times for everyone and more traffic to this King Soopers. It hasn't been just that thought things, the people here, used to all be so friendly and very kind. I'm not saying everyone is bad here. I've met a lot of great people here, but I've also met a lot more of people who are extremely rude to me. From having a baker yell at me, because I was at the incorrect King Soopers baker, to cashiers taking products off of the belt and putting them under their cash registers. Granted I've only had this happen to me once on each occasion. But now I either watch the cashiers like a hawk or use self-checkout. I'm sure there are many other things happening in the store. Just something that I wanted to comment on. I'm sure nobody from the store will see this and I'm sure there are other things going on in people's lives. Just sharing my personal experience.

I just love the variety of foods and the produce is very good. We shop here for items we can't get a really good deal on at other places. Love the different options of things I've never seen before. Great place to go.

This never any cashier is getting really tiresome. One or two items in self check out not big deal but not a cart full. This is the worst king sooper in town. Most of the employees are rude and inconsiderate.
