Coolest selection of items to purchase from ever. Like a mini mall for geeks like me. Staff is helpful and nice. Only complaint is if you try to sell anything to them like action figures, they won't pay you even a fraction of what the item is worth. For all other intents and purposes though, this store rocks

Bought a Wii Sport game. Was lucky they had it. Can't find that game any where in town. You have to order offline. But wanted the game that day and was able to find it here. They have any movie you can probably think of. Very cool environment and very friendly people. With good customer service

I'm not really impressed with this place. Turned in some movies and got what I was expecting for them, although i don't need to be told at the counter they aren't worth anything. Huge selection of films, no doubt. The 4k section was pretty underwhelming, only about a quarter of a row. The price of films are ridiculously overpriced. I was seeing used copies of standard edition films priced higher than I can find online new. New films are priced $12-15 more than anywhere else. Standard edition priced at steelbook levels. It's extremely easy to price check online while shopping there, something this store doesn't seem to understand. I found a few deals, but I likely won't be returning here and will stay online, which is disappointing because I prefer to support local. The store was very dirty. The shelves were laid out weird, had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Definitely seemed like quantity over quality is the name of the game here. Implement price match with ebay and you will actually move product.

My husband and I go here all the time. There's a huge variety of books, movies, games, and music. I always go for the books, of course. I love how it's set up. The people are friendly. The only thing I hate about it is they've had their bathrooms blocked off for too long. They should just put like a keypad lock on it and only give the code to people who are actually buying their products. I'm sure that would dwindle down the activity some.

There is a sign at the front of the store saying that they don't do returns or exchanges on some new items like vinyl records, even if they are defective. Doesn't seem right to me. Also, the manager was rude, obnoxious, and so close to me I could smell her breathe. She bum rushed me as soon as she heard I had an exchange, and didn't stop lecturing me all the way out the door. She seemed like she was on drugs and the employees were rolling their eyes. This manager needs proper training on how to de-escalate a sitution. It must be extremely difficult to work under an aggressive and confrontational tweeker.
