WOW! I had my car fully detailed, inside and out. I have never seen my car so clean. The weathertech floor mats are notoriously difficult to clean. I've used every product and they still look dirty. El Jebel Autowash cleaned them so well that they look brand new. Better than brand new. I was wondering if this was really my car when I drove off. It looks incredible. The protectant they used on the outside has kept it clean so far through all of the snow, slush, and salt that accumulates on the car. I falls right off. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!!

When this place first opened it was truly great. Left your car spotless and pristine. The last 2 times I’ve been, I’ve gotten home really disappointed with the wash. For $20 and the supposedly spot free rinse + detail, the touch less machines are not doing a great job. For how new and a convenient location this place is, it’s sad to see this result.

I had been a customer since their first day, until today. The pictures show what my vehicle looked like after the Capitol Peak wash. When I submitted feedback that today’s wash was not my normal experience, they did call me right away. Anthony called to tell me that since my truck may have been outside in the rain, or parked near sprinklers, I could have received these results. He then told me that multiple vehicles had gone through after mine and are fine, and then accused me of trying to play him for a free wash. I never asked for my money back and he NEVER apologized. But, the pictures here clearly show the results of an El Jebel Autowash. Save your money & go elsewhere!

I was sitting in the Willits General Store car wash line and decided to bail because it looked like they only had a guy hand washing and you drove through the dryer. It was taking forever. So I came over here instead. I will say people with nicer cars take their vehicles here to get washed. It’s like a triple action day spa for your car. Generally my car wash clean, though I wish they did extra hand drying at the end. I’m used to just putting my car in neutral and rolling through an automatic wash. This is kind of like that, but you have to drive through it and park in the middle yourself. Go slow at the beginning and the end driving in and out to maximize your wash drying and undercarriage spray. Will probably come back here. They also have self vacuums but wish they had people would would detail my interior as well.

The $10 car wash doesn’t work meaning it doesn’t clean the car. I leave with a dirty car. Will never go back. Total Waste of $$$ & time waiting in line. They were awesome when it first opened idk what happened or what they did to change it.

My husband and I have had our car detailed here twice, as well as the ceramic coating. We have two children and a big, hairy dog. Their detail work is the best I’ve ever seen. We got our car back both times looking better than the day we bought it. The customer service here is also excellent every time. Very happy customer!

Not sure why people wait around for the other car washes when this is here. Also, has 8ft clearance foe trucks with high caps.

Admittedly, I only got the $10 wash. However my car was barely dirty and just had some splattered bugs across the front. I went through this $10 wash and literally did not have one single bug come off of the front of my car that was there before we went in. So all we did was waste my time, money, and end up with a slightly wet car in place of a dry car.
