We enjoyed a quick and delicious breakfast. We had a wonderful breakfast at Rupertā€™s at the Edge! The highlight of the meal was the creamy Smoked Gouda Gritsā€”rich, velvety, and absolutely unforgettable.

Our table also enjoyed the Bountiful Veggie Benedict, featuring perfectly poached eggs, fresh vegetables, and a silky hollandaise sauce. The Heirloom Potato Hash was cooked beautifully, though we found it could use a touch more seasoning. For a lighter option, the egg-white frittata with a crisp side salad was a great choiceā€”simple yet flavorful.

The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. If youā€™re in the area, donā€™t miss out on this breakfast spot. Weā€™ll definitely return for those grits!

This place was pretty disappointing. The food was mediocre and expensive for the quality. The biggest issue- Two of the three employees we interacted with were visibly and audibly sick, with other employees nearby also sounding like they had the same cold/flu. One employee was even talking to other staff members about his wife being super sick at home. Thankfully our primary server was the one employee who didnā€™t sound sick, and she was friendly.

The cinnamon roll and potato pancakes were pretty tasty. Food came out fast but it was also pretty dead for a Sunday morning which was probably good considering the entire staff looked like they were on the brink. The breakfast sandwich was run of the mill. The Benedict was sad, just two little egg pucks with a little hollandaise on a low quality muffin. Super disappointing especially for $15.

Overall, experience wouldā€™ve just been mediocre and wouldnā€™t have warranted a review but the staff being clearly sick and handling our food just really put me off.

Jordan was our server and he was phenomenal. The view we had was amazing. The food was so good. Pork breakfast burrito, corned beef hash and pancakes were cooked to perfection. We will definitely be coming back to this place. Highly recommended šŸ‘Œ

Loved our time in Colorado. Our first stop was at Rupert's. Juliette and the hostess(forgot to ask her name) we're so kind to us. We had just arrived on a flight from California, we just wanted to discover Colorado. We had no idea what to order or where to visit. It was so amazing that they both pitched in to help us find the most delicious breakfast and even helped us with an itinerary of fun things to do in Colorado! I hope that they both are recognized for providing such good service and contributing to us having one of the best vacations ever. Thanks to them, we arrived not knowing where to go or what to do and we left the Rupert's with an itinerary 5 days of fun! Al

We got takeout for a birthday, this is how the veggie Benedict came. Absolutely disgusting. My sister ordered the ā€œbanana French toastā€ and itā€™s literallyā€¦. Banana bread covered in syrup. HIGHLY donā€™t recommend. Never again.

First time there, nice service(waiter)
I ordered uevos rancheros , nice portion,
I expect more mexican flavor between tomatoes and refriedbeans, tortilla, for my opinion to wet.
Besides my comment, I really enjoyed the Plate.

Excellent service and delicious food! The truffle scramble was amazing. This is the first place in Denver to give us such a fantastic brunch experience. Highly recommended!

Stopped by on Saturday morning. Food was good - nothing super special but all our dishes were yummy and what we wanted. Generous portions and great biscuits. I did really like the jalapeƱo bacon!
