I would like to give a huge thank you to Mia, Clarissa, and Laura ( and all the staff at the Regis Bookstore) for helping me navigate the new Follett Access program! It has saved me a lot of money paying for my books and being able to have them packaged for me for pick up. All of the employees are extremely helpful and kind. I felt so compelled to write this review as today I witnessed another customer who was completely rude and racist to the staff. They handled it with tact and elegance even when the woman tried to throw the receipt at them over a 25 cent price difference. Thank you for all the hard work you do for the students and always being kind and helpful to whoever may come in the store.

I have been a customer of the Regis University bookstore for my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I have never had an issue until now.
I recently graduated in May 2021, was given some gifts from the bookstore that I just recently received. Everything is in the original packaging, and they state that the 30 day policy is in effect. They didn’t even look at my items or move from where they were sitting.
I was here to exchange the items I had, that i didn’t like, to buy several sweatshirts, another diploma frame, t shirts, and other items.
I’m not going back, sadly, I will have to find another way to obtain Regis apparel.

The workers CONSISTENTLY close before their posted hours of operation. I have gone out to pick up my books numerous times and been screwed over due to the store closing 20 minutes early. What is the point in having hours of operation if they are not followed?

Said they would price match off of Amazon. After ringing up the book they then told me they would price match to Amazon, ALTHOUGH (here's the catch) You pay the total price of the book and they put the "difference" amount on a gift card for you to spend. That is not even what a price match means. Convenient and good prices for some book rentals. Some are just totally absurd aks 120$ to rent the same book on amazon for 30$.

Had the worse experience with the Regis bookstore. Regis has started a program in which they buy your books without you ordering them. I tried to return my books and were told I could not. I am a college student who is now having to pay extra hundreds of dollars to Regis for books I already own.
This is absurd and taking advantage of students who are already paying lots of money to be at Regis.

Make sure if you are on waiting list they aren't filling orders at other stores before you get your reserved book!
