It's never a good experience with these people this is the second time I had problems with them if they had zero stars that is what they would get from me. You can show them they are in the wrong and they will tell you it's fault. They are a joke they charge you 5.00 dollars for being 2 days late when they let your payment sit on there desk for 8 days. And all's they could say you was late. That's not the way to do business it all greed on there part. Like I said if I could put zero STARS that is what I would give them. They just need to cover there butts. For there mess ups

Have you ever noticed that people only post reviews when they had a bad experience? I have contacted Town Hall on many occasions to get help on permits, billing questions, general information, etc. Never once has anyone ever been anything less than kind and helpful. They don't know me personally, they have just always treated me with kindness.
