I love that you can bring your dog here on a leash! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have an amazing selection of almost anything you could think of for the outdoors. I was surprised that their prices were also more reasonable than I expected. They have a range of items to select from. Not everything is high-end, and not everything is value. It's nice that they have a variety.

So very unhappy with the customer service of this one. Went to buy a sight knew what I wanted got avoided by every sales person so they can help people that came in and didn't buy anything. Asked a person who was just texting on his phone if he could help when he had a chance. He rudely replied " I'm in the middle of a gun sale and can't leave this area go sign in at the kiosk" I get he was doing a gun sale but I asked when he was done with the guy doing the background check. Also didn't even see a kiosk or signs saying to sign in.

We’re lucky to have this store in Lone Tree! Trevor in particular is amazing. Patient, knowledgeable, and hardworking, I’m so thankful I found him. He’s answered many questions and helped me find confidence in my decisions. There are many outfitter options out there; he made me a committed Cabela’s fan.

Sam R. was very attentive and informative. He definitely was very knowledgeable on all things gun. He was friendly and helpful guiding us throughout the process. We ended up purchasing two different fire arms. One being a Glock and one a Ruger. Their selection and variety was extensive. Their prices were the best we have seen in town. Prices were on point too. They even have a gun library with a nice array of used guns available to purchase also. Service was amazing thanks Sam R. For an amazing experience. Now we know where and who to come to next time!

Overall, big store, friendly customer service, but the gun section was way too busy. As a woman (yes we are interested in firearms), it was hard to get any acknowledgement for service. Maybe add more service reps, clear signs on how to sign up for help and a few women (it was a bit intimidating). 🙂

If you can make it through the pressure sales tactics to sign up for a new credit card at the front door. Or make it past the salesman shouting at you in the back to buy a vacation. Then you will most definitely be on your own to find whatever it is that you need. If you do have questions on inventory or product you will be forced to sit and watch somebody fumble through the exact website the customer has access to and then they will regurgitate the product description without any actual knowledge of product. This store was the best before bass pro bought them, and if scheels was closer they would be out of business. If you are an outdoorsman looking for outdoor products save your money and spend the extra time to go to scheels. If you want low quality home goods, cheap clothing and terrible service then stop in to Cabelas. Oh and you will also have to turn down the credit card at the register one more time because that’s the only way their sales people know how to interact.

Haven't had a bad experience here yet! Had a fantastic chat with Evan in the fly fishing section tonight and have little to no experience or knowledge so far. Evan took the time to help me pick out everything I need to get started and encouraged my kids on their new fishing journey too along with sharing some info on a few local spots that are great to fish and safe for the kiddos too. Very grateful for his kindness and expertise!

It’s hard to go inside Cabela’s and not leave with more than you planned on buying! It’s a cool store! I found what I needed and then some. Can’t hardly beat the displays and the gun library is pretty cool, too.
