Our stay at the Rochester was such a wonderful experience! The staff is amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. We stayed at the Rochester for an anniversary getaway and cannot recommend it enough. The staff was beyond helpful and welcoming. The hotel bar had fantastic cocktails. The room was lovely, it felt cozy and modern. The location of the hotel is perfect! We were close enough to walk everywhere, but still not loud or disruptive. Can’t wait to return!

We embraced the self-serve aspect of the hotel. There is no front desk, so you are given an access code to get in the building and a separate code for your room. They do have a quaint bar that is open from 5pm to 9pm
. The service is good and so are the drinks. They have a nice outdoor seating area when the weather is nice. The room and bathroom were good-sized and clean. The TV was very small and needs to be upgraded. We liked that the hotel is downtown and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and bars.

Excellent service from bar staff (Iris) and hotel Manager. Super cute bar area and rooms. Only complaint is no coffee maker in the rooms. A Keurig or Nespresso would be an excellent addition. We will definitely stay again

The Rochester is our special getaway. They have done an excellent job recreating the magic of the historical building. Everything from the colors to the soaps, the staff, the bar, and the location is fantastic. I cannot recommend this place more. It provides a calm and tranquil space for us to take a break from our busy lives. The staff was fun and ensured we had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Looking forward to our next visit! We had an incredible stay at The Rochester! Room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, quiet & beautifully decorated & appointed. We loved the complimentary welcome drink in the garden & lovely breakfast spread in the morning. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a great time, room was clean and very comfortable. They serve coffee and pastries/fruit every morning which was really nice.

We would have loved to have a coffee maker in the room for convenience but not a game changer.

We will definitely stay here again!

The Rochester is always my first choice in Durango. Great location, great staff, best night sleep away from home. I’ll let you stay there if you don’t tell anybody else…
