Awesome place for antiquing and window shopping. Real vintage items for crazy deals. There are certain items I won't buy anywhere else now. The staff was extra helpful, kind and the woman I was talking to was a great employee, said she was new so good hire guys! I have a video that includes this location I will link below:

It's a quaint little store of the store was bigger they might have a larger selection of what donations they accept.
Friendly and courteous people working there. The bathrooms were not maintained.
I feel like the store could have been organized better, it was difficult to find things , it looked like they were just put on a shelf that might have had other objects that looked similarly thrown together.
A nice little store though.

My husband and I we're there from out of town and i have never seen such horrible customer service ever in my life. Three of the so called employees literally followed my husband around talking shit about him and mind you we dress casual but nice, and i drive a newer Camaro so where they got off judging us, i have no clue. We also had to wait at the counter for them to have the "pricing team" over price something that didn't even cost that much brand new. I am appalled that they have people working there that treat paying customers that way. It's a good thing I'm older and wiser these days or else I would've been in jail for assault. Something needs to be done about this. I'm not sure of the manager's name bc when i called they wouldn't tell me, but the cashier's name was Francine.

It doesn't get any worse.

Used to love this place when they opened. I would come twice a week! Nice items, fair prices...butbthen everything changed. It's just completely gone down hill. Bathrooms no longer available, dressing rooms locked and not available (ever). But hey, buy their junk at inflated prices (like laughable, comparable to the item when it was new prices). If you return anything it's in store credit only with only like 5 days to bring it back. They employees have been instructed to pull all the name brands that are donated and send them off to be sold in their online store. The end result is racks packed with stinky, over priced, unwashed junk that you can't even try on. I tried to buy a baby cup missing a lid (easy drinking container for the dog)...they wanted $4 for it.

Just a reminder: everything is donated for crying out loud. How much more greedy can this company get?!

We have stopped going altogether and started visiting the humane society thrift store across the way instead. Good people, good prices, supporting a worthy cause. And everything donated from the community is sold to the community...unlike Goodwill.

First off, this place is SO overpriced & unorganized. Second the staff are rude & not fast moving at ALL. I go up to check out, the rug I want has no price tag. So she calls someone up, he comes & gets the rug to be checked out “by their pricing team”. Rug had a huge stain on it didn’t really want it anyway after I saw that. I told the cashier & she goes “well he already went back there so you might as well wait” in a very snarky tone. This man took over 5 minutes causing a huge line & then came back to tell me that the piss stained rug would be $26.99. HA good joke, the the cashier decides to tell him “yeah she doesn’t want it anyway” which he proceeds to roll his eyes about & she then replies “yeah I know right”. I just had to laugh before I told them both maybe it won’t for your slug service & terrible attitude I might had bought it. Probably will never return, way better places in town. Again yall are rude

The customer service today was the worst I have seen. I chose to leave without purchasing the $250 worth of items we had in our cart. I can order items on Amazon and not have to deal with the bad customer service!!! The lady at the register refused to hold the large box of outdoor lamps I wanted to purchase upfront, then she informed I was in the way and need to move. Rude, rude, rude!!! Not to mention your price gouging is out of hand! Do better Durango Goodwill!!!

I think they're a houseware. Items are overpriced. Just today I was looking for some plates and they're 2 and 3 dollars apiece. The the glasses are always $2 apiece. I went to walmart and they're a dollar forty eight a piece for brand new glasses, and I bought dinner set of service for 4plates bowls, coffee cups in small plates for $11 at Walmart.

Such a cute lil store filled with great deals! Clothing and accessories merchandised really well! To inspire your guests is a talent! Really great prices across the board, including on furniture & things for babies and kids. Picked up quite a few cool gently used shirts for my son for just 99 cents each and all the kids books 99 cents too! New Diary of a Wimpy Kid hardcovers added to our collection! Definitely can't get those prices in Phoenix lol. Cashier really nice and was a very clean store. Wish I didn't live 8 hours away ha.
