I generally enjoy this store and think they have lots of cute options but when I’ve gone there the past few times the young woman working has been abrasive and extremely unfriendly, I often find myself leaving before getting through a single rack due to the unwelcoming atmosphere.

Definitely overpriced merchandise. I should have Googled the Kona Sol swimsuit I paid Re- runs $20.60 for on July 27th. When I got home I Googled the brand and found out I could have purchased it new for $22 on Amazon. Won't shop there again.

I went here with my friend. He went in first while I stayed in the car with the dogs. He came out shortly and said the prices in there were high, and he practically never complains about the price of anything. He also complained that other customers rudely stood in front of display cases discussing where they should go hiking. He said he waited patiently for them to move for a while, then got tired of waiting and left.

I never even went inside.

The parking lot is quite small and would be difficult to maneuver in it if it were full of cars.

Absolutely LOVE this shop! Sweetest, most helpful young lady working there! Fantastic selection of items - clothes, shoes, jewelry, and more. Selection of men’s & some kids items too! Will definitely stop here anytime I pass through Durango!!

Durango gem- found many treasures! Awesome denim, boot and jewelry selection in the main house and the owner, Laura, is a doll. She was very helpful in finding things in my size/style! Can’t wait to return.

I bought a jacket for a friend that was the right size as stated on the label of the jacket; however the jacket was a kid's jacket in the adult jacket area. So, of course, the jacket did not fit my friend. I tried to exchange but was told they only exchanged within 24 hours of purchase. I live 50 miles away and brought the jacket back a week from time of purchase (the next time I was in town). I will never shop at this store again!

Not updated on their website, days and hours of operation do not coincide. Three trips there and never open. Can't give a review of shopping experience if I can't get in. Not user friendly!
