I recently placed an order for the Mauviel M’elite sauté pan, which was on sale and difficult to find, and was thrilled to secure it. I purchased it for $271, saving over $45. The expected delivery date was the 23rd. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when the package did not arrive as scheduled. UPS indicated they never received the package. Upon inquiring about the issue, eKitchen suggested it might be a mistake and advised me to wait, but they did not provide a clear answer or offer a refund or compensation. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told the package would arrive on Friday after Christmas which it did not. Eventually, I had to request a refund myself. I was disappointed because not only did I miss giving the Christmas gift, but I also lost the discount, as the pan is now full price.

Not sure if I would come back or recommend. Also, they were listed on Amazon but then all of a sudden was removed off the site. Not happy!

Customer service experience was really awesome. Noticed a better price on their website vs. their seller profile on Amazon. Even though they didn't have to, the agent went out of their way to intercept the Amazon order before it left to get me the better price by ordering on their website. Definitely recommended!

Great on-line shopping experience. High quality kitchenware was delivered within a week. The Scott Zwiesel wine glasses I ordered arrived in flawless condition. There is a large selection of name brand goods, such as Scanpan and Wusthof.

We bought 2 items, a donut cook book and a doughnut cutter. The seam of the book fell a part with in a day. So all the pages fell out ridiculous for a $ 23.00 book. And the cutter was completely destroyed in shipping. No response from your company. Will never order from eKitchenWorld abain
