It's a cute bookstore with a decent selection of products. However, it seems no one on staff knows their business hours. Hours posted are 0730 am to 600 pm. Yet, when I called to confirm I was told 0800 am to 500 pm, but when I arrived at the bookstore at 0830 am no one was there. A staff member in the coffee shop said they open at 0900 am.

I learned a lot during my time there but the bookstore has become nothing but a giant ad. Every other week I get emails to buy this or that from some brand company. Most of the time it's nothing useful and way out of budget for students. A 2 pack of pens for $7? Get outta here

Not only do they charge way too much, but they constantly misfile your records so it looks like you never returned your books in order to charge you even more money in late fees. Then they wait a year without ever mentioning it to you or contacting you in any way to let the fees pile up, then get a collections service to harass you and charge you even more money in "collection fees" and "payment fees". I made the mistake of not taking a receipt when I returned a book, and got stuck with $180.00 in fees all told. You should NEVER do business with them unless you have no other choice, and in that case, make sure to never throw away your receipts. This place is an absolute scam.

A nice quiet area to study. They have LIFE issues from 1930-1980. Not much book selection however. Open computers, study rooms, and printers are available.
