Bought a book to use the access code and be able to do my homework. When I logged I. Using the code it said it’s already been used. I called the book store they took down my email and said they would email be a new access code. I still have not received anything and when I call no one answers.

I have purchased a textbook for my spring 2024 semester and discovered I did not need this textbook as it was offered through online a few days later. I returned the rental 2days later on January 16 and have not received my refund. I have contacted every contact at the bookstore, dean of students, emailed accounting, IT and my bank and the bookstore has failed to contact me back, respond to emails, or refund my book in person. There has to be an easier way for refunds at this campus.

The management that runs the bookstore is always rude for some reason. They act like they hate their jobs. They really need to improve their attitude and how they conduct themselves while interacting with customers. I do applaud the student employees who are trying and want to be helpful.

The prices for textbooks are high priced. As a college senior, I’ve learned to buy most of my textbooks online from other sources rather than at the bookstore which has saved me hundreds of dollars on books.

In general, they are really good and reliable. I understand that they are in the process of switching companies from Barnes and Nobles to something else, but it could have just been my luck, never received an email about this situation so I went into the store to buy the book, but they said all of the books were packed to be shipped.
