My granddaughter and I really enjoy going in to look at the wide variety of material colors and designs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are very respectful to the older generation of sewing people and very encouraging to the younger new enthusiastic seamstresses.

Loved this shop! It's a good size shop with a good selection of nice fabrics and supplies. The staff was very friendly. I could see going there many times and making good friends if I lived close. Tennessee is a bit far for me to come here often!

This is one of our small town treasures here in Cortez. This well appointed quilt shop has been featured as one of America's top small town stores in Quilt magazine. They not only have fabric, patterns and notions for quilting but they are Bernina specialists and service all brands of sewing machines and sergers. They have a nice selection of classes have a large classroom separate from their retail space.
The owners, Todd and Aimee along with their two grown children, Nolan and Cassidy, run this location and their store in Farmington NM, Quilted Corners. I've always known all their staff to be exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you're a seasoned quilter or just getting started, this is a wonderful place to put on your list of shops to check out.

The Cortez Quilt Company and More is an outstanding small business offering a variety of quilting and embroidery supplies. The store offers a Bernina Wednesday that is an excellent way for individuals to learn about their Bernina machines. We have a great time on Wednesday learning new techniques that we can do on our machines.

The staff and the regular patrons were all very friendly and helpful. They have a nice little selection of beautiful yarns, with some being from local dyers and spinners. Their selection of quilting products is also very nice. Lots of great fabrics and patterns. If you're in Cortez, you should totally stop in.
