Excellent for customer service! They were amazingly helpful and made sure I was good on towels and cleaning service. I had to extend my stay due to family emergency through booking.com and they were able to keep me in the same room so I did not have to move my stuff around. It is true that if you are looking for a rich and ultimate glitzy hotel experience, this is not it! However, this was amazing for rates and for those who are traveling and need something that is complementary on price with exceptional customer service.

Nice clean room, today the only hotel that passed the 3 feet test (the floor was extremely clean ? 5*) beed was after our opinion hard.

Breakfast was okay. Coffee, cereal, milk, toast, waffles, and mini muffins

Will not use it again due to the noise from other rooms and floor levels and the missing fire alarm and sprinkler in our room.

AC system was poor, so either cold or hoot

But the hotel gets 5* for the cleaning and location. Rest is 3*

The beds are literally box springs on a frame. They are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The hall carpet looks like it is from 1970 horror movie and the bathroom is the size of a small closet. Spend a little more money and treat yourself to a better hotel.

Both desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. They showed compassion and respect for me. And assisted with anything that I needed. They were very supportive and accommodating. I enjoyed my time with them. Which lasted approximately 2 months.

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!! Due to all the hotels booked we checked into Super 8. Our room was hot and weird smell! Bed looked like it was not fixed, no towels! Bathroom tub & sink are still dirty! Had to open the window for air! Overall I would not recommend staying here!

I had a great experience staying here for 1 night. Great price, clean room and bathroom, helpful & friendly staff plus a great breakfast included.
It's right next to a couple great places to walk and grab some dinner. Enjoyed my short stay.

Called the first number online for a room later in the day, was placed on hold for a while, then they told us to just go into the location to book the room because they weren't answering the phone at this location and they didn't want to book a room that wasn't actually available. So we booked online and reserved the last room available. Arrived about 1am, extremely tired, walked up the stairs to the 3rd floor to open our room and discover baby roaches crawling all over the wall. Immediately turned around and asked the front desk if we could be moved to another Wyndham property (there is a best Western literally behind it, a Baymont about a vlock away, and a Days Inn about a mile down the road), the front desk said they had no way of transferring us to another property and that they could issue a refund, BUT it would take 2-3 business days to be refunded. If a price seems too good to be true it is. The carpets where also disgusting, looks like the property hasn't had a floor cleaning in several years. But the front desk staff was nice.

Worst ever super 8 we have stayed by far. AC not working. Cockroaches all over the room. Some trash dumped in AC went. Poor maintenance of the room. Appliances not in good condition. We were here to visit mesa verde national park, never enjoyed as we didn’t sleep the whole night.
