Been using this service for long time. Me being a vet retired no job. Really gets hard to live anymore. I understand company's getting what they are owed. But to shut power off from a man that's diabetic. With
heart problems. Living way below poverty. This company is very heartless and does not care about the community just as long as they get that almighty dollar. How can a company take money from you every month for years and turn around and hurt a vet when he's already down we give you tons and tons of money and you treat us with disrespect I can understandd if someone doesn't follow threw but for some one that has always made sure bill was paid and you throw us to the streets. Thanks for the card and love you spread to your loyal customers great job

Beautiful clean little town. Not much Open on a Saturday, but we stopped in the cutest little antique store, called Mimi's Design. Adorable! Went to see the historical carousel, but it was closed for the season. Bummer!

What is it with this city being rude to it's citizens? Never helpful, act like you're a guilty party before you can even get a question in, and just plain rude. Boo for customer service. Government employees should relearn the customer service model here in Burlington Colorado.
