Local news stand in Fairfax just off Fairfax Ave and Oakwood across from the Canter's Parking Lot. They have an endless variety of magazines and print as well as some on the go items such as sanitizer, misc electronics and quick grab-n-go. The pricing is a little steep, but definitely will satisfy your newsprint needs.

Save yourself the time and energy. The owner is a thief he over charges you hoping you won't ask for a receipt. I purchased a magazine priced at $11.50 he charged me $12.96 plus tax. When I confronted him he wasn't apologetic he said "this is how I run my business" NO THANK YOU. I'll walk 5 minutes up Fairfax and Melrose they can have my business.
