I was going to a retirement party this afternoon so I called the Hallmark store to see if they had any retirement gifts. A very nice polite lady told me that they do have retirement related gifts so I said, “Great I’ll see you soon.” When I got to the store, I asked a sales associate, where the retirement gifts were. Carol, who had answered my phone call earlier overheard me ask her where the retirement gifts were and she quickly called me over to the cashiers counter. I couldn’t believe how nice and kind she was. She had collected all the retirement gifts and had them behind the counter instead of me, having to go down the aisle to find them. She was so efficient she already had them ready to go at the counter. What amazing customer service. I want to thank her for her exemplary customer service.

Great service and really nice employees. I wanted a Christmas ornament that wasn't on the shelves so Larry the owner said he would get one out of his storage unit and give me extra battery for it. They called and let me know when it was there for me to pick up. This is how customer service is done.

In the Princeton Shopping Center is This Great Larry's Hallmark. Very large card selection and All kinds of gift ideas. Favorite place to go for Me to pick Cards to give.

Not sure what's going on with the customer service here. I've been coming here ever since a was a little girl and have always loved coming here. They've always sold us the display ornament if they were out of the boxed ornament before Christmas but I was told today they weren't selling the displays until after Christmas even though at least 6 displays were missing. I thought that's ok maybe it's a new policy no big deal. Then my son was going to pick out some candy and he was told not to touch the candy by an employee when he reached out to grab the candy he wanted after he was already told he couldn't get the ornament he wanted. I don't know why the employees were being rude to a 2 year old but we won't be coming back. I'm so bummed and disappointed

Excellent Customer Service: I went there over the weekend when the post office is closed, as they have a postal small postal desk. They went out of their way to provide guidance, stamps, envelope and forms (available at the counter). I was able to do the mail there and leave it in their box for next day pickup. All staff - Becky was the only one with a name badge - was Outstanding. Thanks.

Love this store and it's traditional holiday merchandise. Found many great gifts and cards here. I've had great service and not so great service (was ignored at the register while clerks chatted with each other and waited on their friends). But other times service at the register is great. We come here a lot and it would be good to be treated as loyal customers all the time. I agree the staff could use more training.
