Lovely mix of practical and whimsical items, lovely owner. Love the selection of North Bay Candle Co candles, as well as unique jewelry and clothing. My go to for gifts all year round!

I've been going to jolt! since they opened in San Anselmo. I haven't popped by the Novato store yet, but I will. It's SO nice to find a place with affordable gifts, baby items, and a few racks of women's clothing, and such a friendly owner and staff. Carol is one of the kindest people I know. Last month, my 93-year-old mother and I were in the store and my mom fainted (I first thought it was a mini-stroke). They quickly called 911 and stayed with us, as did a helpful customer. Then, five paramedics came in with a gurney (filling the store), and did all they needed to do before taking us to the hospital. Mom is okay now (but did have a moderate stroke on Christmas Day a few days later), but the bottom line - Carol was so gracious, helpful and kind during this unexpected situation. I don't always buy something when I visit the store, but I enjoy popping by and seeing what's new.

Finally popped in, great store. Honestly, it’s true, something for just about anyone. Cute, quality items, reasonably priced. Go to for special clothing garments (wraps, shawls, pants, tops, hats, jackets) and hundreds of unique gift items. Friendly and helpful staff.

Love this place! The owner is amazing, the merchandise is so beautiful and carefully selected, it’s so well merchandised, and the vibe is so lovely. Amazing, unusual stuff at reasonable prices. If I lived here, I’d be a regular! Great place for gifts. Go here!

Friday December 6 at 1:27 PM after an advertising push all week to support local businesses, I stand in front of Jolt looking at a sticky note Inside of a locked door. The note says they took a break.. Seriously? You want people to come to your new store and They take the time and energy to go to downtown Novato and find a parking spot on Grant, then walk to your store to a locked door in the rush of Christmas shopping? I Won’t be back
