It was very busy and after all tests were done, we waited forever for the doctor to come to go over results. There should have been 2 doctors on duty. When we did see the doctor she pull up all the results due to some computer issues. A nurse came with her computer to see if she could get the rest of the results and was finally able to. This hospital needs a better system! Everyone working there was great including the doctor. We were there from 7 pm till 2 am. Wish I didn’t have her go to ER but did only because she fell and hit her head and she is 94 years old.

I was really nervous about my first ever surgical procedure. But the friendly nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist were so kind and caring. I had an exceptionally compassionate and patient nursing staff. My doctor/surgeon (Dr. Geiling) also took the time to explain to my mom how the procedure went. Overall I had an unexpectedly pleasant experience.

The actual medical care was not bad. However, the security staff would not let my six year old daughter use the restroom. My wife asked multiple times over a 20 minute period, on one occasion the Security Officer completely ignored my wife and then advised her he was busy on his computer. Refusing a six year old little girl to use the restroom while there is one open is unacceptable. If he does not like his job or does not know how to do his job then he needs to be trained or removed from his position.

I when in to the hospital having a sharp pain on the shest, neck ache backache hard time to breathe. I came in before 5 AM and first day it happened if somebody took me to do x-ray on my chest and after that the blood pressure test and then the sensors on the chest that I forgotten procedure of the name and then somebody came to to ask me how I feel has a doctor and I explain myself to him how I was feeling, and then he walked away. He didn’t say nothing to me. I got blood test too, and then I was sending to the lobby back-and-forth like four times and almost before 8 o’clock they put me on the ER room. I was by myself. My best parents are all days. I never got a medication to make me feel better that I was feeling bad including headache and all of a sudden a police bring in the room homeless On The between 60s and then like 20 minutes later, someone give it to him high blood pressure medication that he needed it. I never got nothing to make me feel good and I was asking when the doctor is gonna attend to me. Nobody told me results after the blood test urine test and I have to walk away because I gotta go back to my home, my wife I got a have a doctors appointment in the afternoon so it is being a best prayer in the hospital and never have this kind of situation to ignore me and nobody approached me. What was my problem and then I’ve been told I was only one doctor in the hospital only if I would be Emergency attending any other than that I have to wait and that was one of the things I was disappointed if I was having no problems only kinda symptoms that I was feeling kinda horrible attack symptoms but nobody told me everything. It was OK so I am walking out of the hospital bury disappointment I think at this hospital is not competitive and whoever approached me to ask me how I was feeling as a doctor he he has no bearing how to handle the situation like that I’m really Disappointed of Seattle view hospital very disappointed not good hospital.

The treatment we received was wonderful from start to finish. Though it was uncomfortable to stay in the ER for 1 1/2 days before getting a bed on the 2nd floor, it was understandable. The ER team and the 2nd floor team were wonderful, keeping us up to date as the test results came in and answering all our questions. Dr. Thiagaragian did a great job guiding the testing and treatment teams. Thank you to all involved.

I came here for a real emergency. This is the second time in the six years I've been living here. Overall, the personnel are pretty good, but the reception staff in the ER has a bad attitude. They don’t show any sympathy or kindness for those who are suffering. Why even work as a registered nurse or in this industry if you can't offer some level of care to the sick? It took over three hours for me to see the right doctors, and no one should have to endure extreme pain while waiting, especially when they are being billed for care.

However, after my unexpected surgery, once I was in my room, all the nurses at this facility were professional, amicable and sympathetic.

From the moment I showed up in ER on October 9th the team was so helpful and caring. They were apologetic about my wait time and their team was extremely positive even when a code issue was happening staying positive and helpful. David the nurse was great and so kind and thoughtful. I was pretty nervous and a little in shock because I was there for a dislocated wrist. Thank you Sierra View for caring and taking care of me. ♥️

I had to make the ER actually do there job and test my son for strep because Doctors said they don’t test for Covid the flu and strep and because we came in with hives that is what they would treat him for but he had strep in his blood system it was causing hives. That is horrible that I had to make a doctor run tests knowing my son was projective vomiting all over there ER and running a fever and 10 minutes after he projected on me you want to send us home absolutely horrible
